The only good thing that happened in Naomi’s life recently is getting into law school. She still remembers the day she opened her acceptance letter on her laptop. She cried in happiness. This is something she genuinely worked hard putting all her energy and the success made her serene after a long time.
From that moment, everything started moving faster than she imagined and it helped her a lot to come out of Nick’s thoughts.
She moved on from her house to a small yet beautiful apartment near her university. She got a new car which is Uncle Dan’s gift. He was quite upset about their breakup than anyone else.
University life is mundane for Naomi because she didn’t go to any parties, or having a boyfriend and has no big friend’s gang, as she had in high school. But then she made a friend, her name is Andrea and she’s from California. They used to hang out when Andrea’s boyfriend was not in the picture.
