“Mermaid,” Nick’s voice made her stir up from her sleep. But she didn’t open her eyes thinking this is her dream.

“Wake up, mermaid. Look at your kingdom,” he chuckled softly.

Naomi smiled, still thinking this is a dream.

“Darling open your eyes and look at this ocean. Don’t waste time sleeping here,” he said and yes, she could hear the sound of the ocean.

Naomi left a small sigh and opened her eyes to look at the blue sea from the window.

She smiles and her gaze turns to Nick.

“Isn’t that beautiful?” he asks.

“Yes,” she nods smiling at him.

“Now, wake up. I want to go there with you,” he said.
