CHAPTER LXXIII: NEW JOB

Angela’s POV

“Angela, this is my son, Tristan. Honey, here’s your new nanny, Angela.” Ma’am Haley introduced me to her cute son. They really resemble each other. Tristan got his eyes from ma’am Haley.

I bent down a bit to be able to meet Tristan’s eyes. “Hi Tristan, I’m Angela.” I smiled at him.

He’s just staring at me then looked at her mom. “My new nanny?”

“Uh-huh.” Ma’am Haley replied.

Tristan looked at me again. I suddenly felt nervous. I think he doesn’t like me.

“She’s too pretty to be my nanny.” Tristan suddenly said to his mom.

Ma’am Haley and I looked at each other and laughed. “I know right, she doesn’t even look like a nanny.” Ma’am Haley said to Tristan.

I knelt down in front of Tristan. “You’re such a sweet child. Thank You for your compliments.”
