I sighed as s I looked at Emiliano. He was moody. I had wanted to cry along the way while telling my story, but he consoled me by holding me close. “You have passed through a lot, sweetheart,” he said to me, snuggling me closer to himself. “I won’t let anyone hurt you ever again.
