Chapter 40: Meeting the Villain

It all started with the death of Miguel. After I returned home from the so-called cops' arrest, I went to work two days later. I was cheerfully returning home after capturing enough photos for my clients when a huge guy showed up in my front. I halted, staring at him from head to toe. I tightened my stare. I thought he was up for a fight, but no.

“Who the hell are you?” I groaned. He looked back and another man stepped down from a black jeep behind the bad guy. He walked to us. I moved back, glaring even harder at him. He had a mob of unruly wavy hair. He had this aura of a devil that moves with him like a shadow. Though easy on the eyes, but devious. The first guy moved back, letting the second man stand two feet away from me. He glared into my eyes. My heart flew out of my chest. His eyes held enough villainous quality behind their beauty. His intense stare made me shiver from within. I couldn’t utter a word.
