“Who’s figure?” I repeat impatiently while Emily stares down at the cup in her hands.

“We….there are many thoughts, you must know.” She stirs the tea, looking lost in thoughts.

“I thought I’m here for answers. Not some next mystery to solve. So, tell me. Who’s behind this?” I burst out getting angry, feeling my wolf getting on the edge, too.

“I’m sorry, we don’t know for sure. But what we do know is that it has to do with your heritage. Whoever they are, they are after your power. And they are extremely powerful themselves. Strong enough, for even us four powerful witches plus the rest of our family, not being able to break through their spell until your death.
