AYANA’s POV.

Why did I tell him? I shouldn’t have told him, I should have kept it to myself that I have been getting creepy messages too. Now Kayden might think that I do not have a life outside from being stalked. Why do I care anyways? It’s not like I should care about what he thinks right? But I just can’t stop, no matter how much I think about it, I am unable to get it out of my head.

My door jolts open again and Jack steps in. Earlier when he asked me if I was talking to my stalker, I lied blatantly and he believed me. He didn’t say anything further and only left. Now he is back, I wonder if he heard my conversation over the phone this time around as well.

“I didn’t know you were done with work” this is the only logic thing to ask right.

“Yeah” he shrugs, “I am done, come down for dinner babe. I made your favorite”
