Alpha Valentino and I began walking in. Even though I had promised myself not to be scared, I was still very scared and that fear was clearly evident in my eyes

After my mother's death, and after I was being sold by my father, I never thought I would see the silver Crest pack again.

Nothing's changed at all. As I stepped into my fathers mansion, my eyes caught hold of the field my mother had died in. Flashes of the gory scenes played in my head again. I closed my eyes, as I didn't want to see it anymore.

We passed the field and we were now approaching the main entrance. The Omegas in my father's home who saw me were either stunned or some of them had that hateful look in their eyes.

They dared not look at Alpha Valentino in the eyes, and most of them fell on their knees while others ran away. After all, they were only omegas who were meant to hold fear in their heart till they die. Father made sure they believed that, especially Raquel.
