Before I could finish my sentence, he kissed me and then slowly stopped.

“Relax little princess, I'm not going to eat you up just yet,” he whispered, and he then smirked.

This man really is just having fun with all these, huh.

He walked and sat down with me on his lap facing right at him.

“Now about your mission for the land, I might as well tell you that Nora will be in charge,” he said.

“Well, okay, I guess it's a given seeing as she has been making lots of progress with it,” I responded in a bitter tone.

“Hmm you are actually taking this much better than I expected, I guess you already knew earlier huh,” he said.

Wait, did he expect me to be fuming with rage because Nora will be leading it, well, I guess that is not surprising, if I had just heard it right now, I would definitely be super pissed off.
