Chapter 39

Suzy's POV

I sighed as I entered the limo that'd convey us back to the company. I crossed my hand over my forehead and I shut my eyes. I heard the car door close which informed me of George's entry into the car. 

"And ensure she gets ready for the interview." Was what I heard George say. I knew he was talking to Kate. 

I didn't hear Kate's voice but I was sure she understood what George told her. I knew they were talking about me anyway. The company wanted me to attend the interview that was organized by one of the biggest broadcasting stations. 

It has always been what the company wants and not what I want. Sometimes, it becomes sickening. Most times, I don't get enough time to rest. I was either working on a new song or the presentation of an old one. If not that, I'd be getting lectures from the dance tutor for each of my new and old songs. And if not, I'd be controlled by the company to attend this and that occasion.&n
