The girl opened Sarah's bag, her hands quick and searching through the contents with expert speed. But after a moment, her fingers stilled.

“Did you find it?” the ring owner asked sharply, her eyes narrowing.

“Nothing’s in her bag,” the girl replied, stepping back, clearly thrown off.

Lena’s face stiffened in disbelief. “How’s that possible?” she muttered under her breath.

Her gaze darted across the room—then froze.

Her eyes locked with Mia’s.

Mia stood near the racks, arms folded casually, wearing a calm, dangerous smile that sent a cold shiver down Lena’s spine.

Flashback: Moments Ago

“Sarah, this gown would look good on you. Go check it out in the dressing room,” Lena said sweetly, handing her a dress.

“Alright,” Sarah muttered, clutching the fabric as she entered one of the stalls.

Lena smiled, her eyes flicking to the worker nearby. A silent signal passed between them.

The car ride was silent. Not the comforting kind of silence—no, this was the kind that clung to the air like fog. Heavy. Dense. Suffocating. Sarah sat rigid, staring out the window, her hands clenched on her lap. Andrew sat beside her, unreadable as ever. The tension between them could snap steel. Neither of them said a word. Not even a glance. The car rolled to a stop in front of the Luthor Corporation building. Andrew didn’t look at her when he spoke. “Take her home.” He said it to his secretary, who was already standing by, and without waiting for Sarah’s response, he opened the door and walked out—shoulders straight, face stone-cold. No explanation. No goodbye. Just... gone. … … … … … Luthor Mansion The moment the car pulled into the driveway, Sarah flung the door open and rushed out, her heels clicking against the marble floor as she sprinted upstairs. She didn’t stop until she was in her room, hands gripping the bathroom sink before she fell to her knees and vomited vi

AWeren’tderestimate me, Andrew,” William said, his voice calm, but the challenge behind his words was razor-sharp. Andrew leaned back in his chair, the corners of his lips twitching upward in a smirk that didn’t quite reach his eyes. “Thank God you know that already,” he said. “Because now it’s going to be fun.” “Fun?” William arched a brow. “Even if I had planned to let Sarah go—which I didn’t—there are two reasons I can’t now.” Andrew’s voice wsmooth, venom-laced silk. “And trust me, they’re both very good ones.” William folded his arms, tension radiating from his stance. “I’d love to hear them.” “The first reason…” Andrew leaned forward, eyes locked on William’s like a sniper ready to take the shot. “Is you. You should know by now—I love competition.” William gave a dry laugh, nodding slowly. “So it’s an ego thing.” “It’s a me thing,” Andrew corrected with a shrug. “You stepping into the picture just gave me a reason to tighten my grip.” “And the second reason?” William ask

LUTHER'S ENTERPRISE: "Sir, Mr. Russell is here for the business deal," Andrew’s secretary announced, standing straight as a pole by the office door. Andrew didn’t even look up. "Let him in." She nodded and disappeared. Moments later, William Russell strolled in like he owned the room, wearing his signature cocky grin and a suit that screamed old money. He sat down across from Andrew with all the ease of an old friend who wasn’t sure if he was still welcome. "Nice meeting you again," William said, his voice mild, his eyes searching Andrew’s. Andrew scoffed, no warmth behind his gaze. He shoved the contract across the desk with mechanical efficiency. "Sign it. I'm sure you've read through it well," he said, not bothering to hide the cold steel in his tone. William didn’t flinch. He picked up the pen, scrawled his signature with a flourish, and slid the document back across the desk. "I think we’re done here," Andrew said, stacking the papers like this was just another day. • MARRIED TO THE BILLIONAIRE: ANDREW LUTHOR   Chapter Sixteen: Come To The Mall With Me

Andrew’s lips crashed against Sarah’s with a hunger that scorched her down to her bones. The kiss deepened, desperate and chaotic, tasting of whiskey and confusion. His hands roamed, feverish and uncertain, tracing the curve of her waist and her spine like he was trying to memorize every inch of her. They tumbled backward onto the bed, Andrew pinning her beneath him, his breath ragged. His fingers slid along the edge of her nightgown, sending a shiver down her spine. Her mind screamed caution, but her body was too far gone, responding to the fire in his touch, the storm in his kiss. And then, suddenly—he stopped. He pulled back, chest heaving, gaze burning into hers. Sarah blinked up at him, startled by the sudden shift. "I can’t," he muttered, voice low and hoarse. "Not like this." She stared, breathless, confused. "What?" "I don’t want you to think this is just...lust. Or something I planned. I don’t even understand what I’m doing right now." He sat up, running a hand through
