Chapter 10

I asked myself a series of questions and decided to overlook it.

Ace wanted me to go after her as usual but I needed to control my wolf so I don't get into any problem it's just 10am In the morning.

After over thinking and questioning myself, I ignored everything and went back to work.

ERICA’S POV

I had gotten to the office, few minutes earlier than usual, I was so worried, what would I do? I didn't want to go for that ball party.

I sat in my office questioning myself.

“What if everyone finds out the truth at the ball”

“What if Creed exposes everything?”

“Is today the day I finally loose my title?”

For the first time in year's I became scared.

I thought of many ways I could avoid going to the party but there wasn't any idea coming through my mind.

I decided to check on Creed, I had this strong urge to watch him, maybe my dislike for him would give me an idea.

I didn't want to stand there and watch him, that would be too obvious and creepy.

I walked passed his workspace severally checking up on him, I paced around his office and finally came up with an idea and left back for my office.

“Why don't I abduct him from the party? No one would ever suspect me, not even him himself” I said to myself.

“It's better I abduct him few hours after the party begins” I said.

“I can't risk everyone finding out the truth, my title and everything. It's better I abduct him” I said confirming my idea

“Please don't hurt him,” I could hear Avila’s voice.

“I won't like I said I'll abduct him and probably get him to reject me” I muttered to her.

7:00 pm

CREED’S POV

It was an hour before the ball party, I got a call from my sister and hurried back to the pack to get ready for the event.

I walked into the park hall and it was looking superb, I mean they must have put in a lot of work knowing that the most influential and powerful Alpha female there is, is going to be attending this ball.

“Creed! you are here please go and get ready, it would soon be time” my sister, Eva, said to me.

“Oh yeah, I don't even know what to wear” I replied to her.

“Lol that's okay, I got you an outfit earlier, come let me show you” she grinned at me taking me to my room.

I got into the room and saw a nice royal blue outfit lying on my bed.

“Wow this is lovely, how did you know my size?” I said looking at it.

“You're my brother, I know everything about you” she grinned at me.

“Your amazing, I love you so much,” I said giving her a forehead kiss.

“I love you too bro, alright I'll leave you to get ready, see you downstairs in a bit,” she said to me with a smile as she left my room.

“Of course” I whispered as she left.

Remembering that Erica would be here anytime from now, I began to feel tense.

“I feel nervous,” I said to myself.

“So do I, Erica is going to be here!” Ace said in excitement.

“Exactly, um let me get dressed, it's almost time,” I said as I went into the bathroom, had my shower, and wore my outfit.

After wearing my outfit, I went down to the hall, everyone seemed to look amazing.

It was 8 twilight and I noticed some cars parked in a line of an escort at the entrance of the building, I saw a light-skinned lady coming out from the car with some pack members.

“It was Erica”

She looked pretty, she wore a silver ball gown that showed her petite waist and a crown on her head, her face was well beaten with makeup, and A pair of arched eyebrows looked down on her sweeping eyelashes. Her delicate ears framed a button nose. A set of dazzling, angel-white teeth gleamed as she smiled coming down from her car. I couldn't seem to take my eyes off her as she walked into the hall. It was a pleasure to see her flowing, moon shadow-black hair.

“Alpha Erica” I could hear the Crystal White Alpha calling out to her as he walked up to her to greet her.

She was highly welcomed and respected.

A special high sit was made especially for her.

While she walked to her sit, I made eye contact with her and her enticing, constellation-gold eyes gazed at me over her puffy, heart-shaped lips. I stopped gazing at her when she almost tripped.

It was funny but also adorable, I grinned at her and her eyes glitched from gold to black within a few seconds which got me scared.

ERICA’S POV

“Hurry up everyone it's almost time!” I could hear Aiden yelling from downstairs.

I continued to wear my pieces of jewelry slowly in order to waste more time when I heard a knock on the door.

Remember I don't want to go to this event.

“Yes come in” I growled silently

“Erica is almost time, I need you to get ready quickly,” Aiden said to me.

“Oh of course I'm almost done, I'll be downstairs in a bit,” I said as Aiden left.

“Ohhhhhh my goodness” I growled,

“Can't the trees just fall on the hall building?” I questioned myself.

“Erica?” I could hear Avila.

“I'm sorry Avila, but you are aware of the reason why I don't want to go to this ball party” I muttered to her.

“Everything would be fine just take your mind off Creed and pretend not to know him, I'll control myself too” she replied to him.

“Alright,” I said looking at the mirror once more before leaving my chamber

It was 8 twilight and I stormed into the Crystal White pack hall with some convoys containing my pack members.

We parked at the entrance of the building gaining the attention of every wolf.
