“Here is a glass of water. I'm sure you're thirsty” Clarissa offered Simon a glass of water that she held toward him and he gave her a stunned look.

It was already minutes after she told him that Ruby was going to take a few minutes to get dressed before following him to join Dax and she figured he might need a glass of water since he had refused to take a seat and filled the living room with his huge presence.

“Thanks, I guess” he muttered as he reluctantly took the water, surprised that she could be kind enough to do that even after all the times they didn't get along.
