“ You? “ I exclaimed as I looked at the guy who Chloe cheated on me with. I was shocked to see him here and wondered what business he had with Maya.

After that day I bumped into Chloe, my ex-fiancee, with this guy that she cheated on me with at the restaurant I wanted to go eat at that night, I became more pissed at myself and It still served as a reminder for me not to let my guard down and fall in love with another woman.

“ What's going on here? How do you two know each other “ Maya asked as she looked at us confused.

“ I d-dont k-know him “ The guy stuttered while trying to lie. I wasn't surprised because all those close to Chloe only knew how to lie a lot.

I didn’t want to go into much detail because I didn’t want her to know about my personal life. So I didn’t answer if I knew him or not. What I was curious about is how she knew someone like him.

“ How do you know him? “ I asked her trying to relax my face so it wouldn't prompt her to question me, not like there was a problem
