Vivian struggles

Vivian sat by her mother's bedside, watching her breathe shallowly as she slept. She could hear the beeps of the machines monitoring her mother's vital signs, and the sterile scent of the hospital filled her nose. She had been in the hospital for a week now, and her health had deteriorated rapidly.

It was difficult for her to watch her mother suffer from cancer. She wished she could take away her pain and make everything right.

The doctors had informed Vivian that her mother's only chance of survival was to undergo surgery, which required a large sum of money that Vivian didn't have.

She had checked her savings account, which she had been saving up for years, and realized that it wasn't enough. Vivian already worked multiple jobs, but they barely covered her bills and rent. She knew she needed to find a way to get more money quickly.

As Vivian sat there, lost in thought, her friend Piper entered the room. Piper had been a close friend of Vivian's for years, and she could tell that something was wrong. Piper had been a constant source of support for Vivian throughout her mother's illness.

"Hey, Vivian, how's your mom doing?" Piper asked, walking over to Vivian's side.

Vivian's eyes welled up with tears as she explained the situation to Piper. She told her about her mother's deteriorating health and the need for surgery, but that she didn't have enough money to pay for it.

Piper hugged Vivian and told her that she did not have to go through this alone. Piper immediately offered to lend Vivian some money, but Vivian declined. She didn't want to burden her friend, and she knew that it wouldn't solve the underlying problem. She needed to find a way to get the money herself.

She applied for more jobs but was turned down time and again. Her frustration and anxiety grew with each rejection, and she felt like she was running out of options and time.

She spent her days working and her nights worrying. She couldn't sleep, and her exhaustion began to take a toll on her health. Her mother's condition was deteriorating, and she knew that time was running out.

Vivian felt helpless and overwhelmed. She didn't know what to do, but she couldn't give up. She had to find a way to save her mother.

As she sat by her mother's bedside, watching her sleep, she made a promise to herself. She would do whatever it took to get the money for her mother's surgery, even if it meant sacrificing her health and well-being.

Vivian knew that the road ahead would be difficult, but she was determined to see it through. She took a deep breath and braced herself for the fight of her life.

**************

Rowan sat in his spacious office, surrounded by piles of documents that required his signature. As the CEO of his fashion brand, ROWES, he had to oversee all aspects of the business, from marketing to design to finance. He worked tirelessly to ensure that his company remained on the cutting edge of the industry.

As he was signing the documents, his phone rang. It was his grandmother's cook, informing him that his beloved grandmother was sick. Rowan felt a sense of panic rise within him. His grandmother was the most important person in his life, and he couldn't bear the thought of her being unwell.

He quickly gathered his things and rushed to his grandmother's home. When he arrived, he was surprised to find her sitting up in bed, looking perfectly healthy. She had a mischievous twinkle in her eye, and Rowan knew that something was up.

"Grandmother, what's going on? Are you sick?" he asked, his voice laced with concern.

His grandmother chuckled. "Oh, my dear boy, I'm not sick. I just wanted to see you. I have something important to discuss with you."

Rowan relaxed a little, relieved that his grandmother wasn't ill. But he was also a little annoyed that she had made him worry unnecessarily. He sat down beside her, and she took his hand.

"Rowan, I want to see you settled down. I want to see my great-grandchildren before I die. You're not getting any younger, my boy, and it's time for you to find a wife."

Rowan sighed. He wasn't ready to get married, but he knew how important this was to his grandmother. She had always been there for him, through thick and thin, and he wanted to make her happy.

Rowan tried to reassure her that he was in no rush to get married. He was only in his late twenties and had plenty of time to find the right person. But his grandmother was insistent. She begged him to at least consider the idea of marriage.

"I promise you, Grandmother, I'll find a wife soon. I'll start looking right away," he said, hoping to placate her.

But as he left his grandmother's home, he knew that finding a wife was easier said than done. He didn't have time to date, and he wasn't interested in a serious relationship. He needed a solution, and fast.

That's when he came up with an idea: he would find someone to marry on a contract basis. Someone who would agree to marry him for a short period, just long enough to make his grandmother happy. It was a crazy idea, but it just might work.

And so, Rowan set out on a mission to find a wife. He didn't know where to start, but he was determined to succeed. After all, he had promised his grandmother, and he would do anything to keep that promise
