“Andrea, calm down,” Leena said as Andrea was furiously walking back and forth, frustrated with her father’s action.

“Calm down? What Christian must be thinking about me? What will Uncle Luke think about me? What will Knights think about us??” She shot a series of questions and sat on the couch with a thump, holding her head in her hand. “Oh, my God!!”

“Calm down, sweetie. You’re overreacting,” Leena said calmly, and Andrea removed her hand from her face to glare at her.

“Overreacting??” Andrea asked, arching an eyebrow at her mother.

“Yes, it’s common in our world. Even I and your dad’s marriage was an arrangement by our family. Your dad was in a relationship with another woman and I had a boyfriend, but both of us compromised for our families and see where we are today. We are happily married. We are one of the top ten business families in London. What do we need more? It’s common in business families.” Leena said.
