CHAPTER FIFTEEN

The sound of the alarm clock woke me up. It's my birthday today, but I don't even get any greetings.

It used to be that Mom blushed when she called so that she could greet me first. Now neither one even remembers. I just shrug my shoulders and flatter them. 'Maybe they're just busy.' I thought.

I just ran my hand through the messy hair and got up and went to the twins' room. I shook both still snoring.

I entered while they were still asleep. "Wake up children, before we get too busy preparing for school." I speak to them.

Hendrix woke up first. Wake it up quickly, unlike Helena who is sleeping oil if I don't pick it up, it won't wake up.

"Morning Mom." Greetings from my handsome son who was still rubbing his eyes and yawning at the same time.

"You go down first Son, your sister and I will follow." I speak to my firstborn.
