CHAPTER FORTY-Six

Nanet and I were driven by Brother Dan to the Super Mall. I asked him to pick us up after picking up the kids. We went to the time zone first, and we were so happy to play like a child out of the cage. I remembered that Nanet and I used to race in the play racing car game and because I was better than her, she was always pissed off when I lost her.

When we were tired, we decided to go to the food court of the mall. We missed eating flour coated eggs and chilled gelatin. Even if this was the only thing we bought, we were both satisfied.

This was our favorite to eat because, apart from being delicious, our budget can afford it. “I was looking for it when we moved to Iloilo because they do things differently here.” I said to Nanet.

“Me too. I miss our bonding here. That's why sometimes, even when I'm alone, I come here just to eat.” Nanet said. It took us an hour to eat because we shared old habits when we went for a walk here. When the food runs out, she's in the
