“Briar KingBear, this your mother. If you don’t call me back, I’m sending the police to track you down. Now is not the time to ignore me!” Noni yelled into her phone. She was dreading the call she had to make next.

“Briar hasn’t come home yet. I don’t want to over react, but this is how it always begins. Better start looking for a new city for us now. I think they found her.” Noni said clearly frustrated.
