Chapter Thirty-One

Audrey stared at the black door for some time, the urge to do some coding with the familiar small device in her hands overpowered her.

She found the device in her drawer that afternoon and figured out that it was hers. She could use it effortlessly and it did spark some memories.

"I guess I was a professional hacker before the accident" She shrugged and held up the device, tapping on the screen expertly.

The door clicked open and she stepped in. Three computers were set up in the room, a swirling chair in the middle. The setup ignited flashes of memories of her sitting behind a lighted screen coding like a maniac.

"This is me!" She squealed, a smile gracing her face.

She quickly took a seat and switched on the middle computer, working smoothly. She could access different firewalls with the tap of her fingers against the keyboard.
