Lucy

A few days ago, I woke up without most of my memories. Luckily, I'm street smart—I know I've been in another realm before I woke up sweaty and confused in the darkest pit of hell. There is a blue mark on my neck to prove it, and the fragments I keep seeing of a woman's moving lips are another clue.

The problem is, the only way to see this woman is to get smacked in the head, literally. So these days, my most fantastic hobby is fighting in the ring against other demons. The area with its lava and loud, cheering audience has become my home.

"Aaaand the next fighter is... LUCIFER!"

The crowd goes wild as I step into the ring, drying my lips with the back of my hand. I have yet to see who my opponent will be, but I feel it won't matter—I can beat them.

"And his opponent will be... LAMIA!"

I look at my opponent, aware of the crowd cheering louder for her than they did for me. She is a gigantic snake woman, one who smirks at me in
