I woke up to soft sheets ruffling underneath my body, and a pair of arms wrapped around my form. That masculine musk was what struck me, the moment all of my senses were up and kicking. Turning around, only to be met with those soft grey eyes peering on at me. His gaze was warm, hands pulling me even closer. We walked out to a queue of kids, dressed in white and black uniforms, all bearing smiles on each of their faces. Amongst them was a boy, stood at a side, a mid-sized drum hanging from his neck, while hands went beating down on it with the drum sticks in his hold.“Hello” One of the kids had pulled forward, soon making his way over to Nia, who bore a smile that wasn’t ready to make leave of that entrancing face of hers any time now. It was a young boy with such rich brown eyes that was enough to have the attention anyone close to him. The moonlight which reflected onto his brown skin, gave perfect view, revealing the features of his profile, while he drew to us. I woke up to the view of the sun shooting in from the windows, and the silhouette of a monkey, swinging from trees onto the sill of our window. Wait a minute! A monkey?!I still could hear the cries of the visitor, while its bulgy eyes peered down at the forms of Cameron and I wrangled in each other’s. The sheets were wrinkled all over my body, as I jolted up the bed, and a peek underneath, I came to realized I was bare naked, with the form of Cameron next to mine. The sun was a doing a beautiful job, hitting on his face. And the portion of hair falling over his profile, had my fingers tracing around his features. He looked much breathtaking, even while asleep. I could hear those low breaths pour out his lips, and while those cries of the animals afar, traveled all the way here, he would turn and turn in his sleep pulling his figure closer to mine. My eyes remained intent on him, a smile tugging at my lips while I watched in silence, staring at the man who was now my husband.

Maldives! Oh, the fresh island breeze that comes with. It was one thing to be woken by the sound of birds chirping by your windowsill, and another, to an empty space right next to you, especially since you retired for the night with the body of your Fiancé wrapped in yours. Fiancé? Where’s Cameron? I sat up in bed at once, wanting to peer out the window, but was met with a table loaded with lots of food, right at the bedside. A bowl filled with fruits on one side, and a plate of ham and egg on the other. There was a bottle of sparkling water to go with, accompanied with a glass of orange juice. The ferry ride was filled with every tensity, and awkwardness filling the air which surrounded the forms of Cameron and I. Since we left the resort, he hadn’t uttered a word to me. I saw that figure hurry over to me, with arms spread out, a wide smile on her lips, her squeals broke out into the area, earning a few sneers from the lots of people who had just touched down after hours of an endless flight.
