De'Andrae's POV

I stood in front the mirror buttoning my shirt as I gave myself a once over. I ignored the whining child behind me as she nag me for about coming along with me. I grabbed my phones and house keys turning towards her.

"Baby girl we talked about this" I said to her

"Daddy I wanna come with you" My 3 years old daughter Malaya whined as I was about to leave.

"Daddy's just going to the doctor princess. Do you want me to get you anything?" I asked stooping before her

"I wanna come with you. Daddy has a booboo and bandaid finish" she said pouting about to cry. I bit my tongue and sighed.

"What about going to grandma?" I asked her

"I go to Nana other day" She said to me.

"Alright, let's change these clothes then you gonna call Nana and tell her you not coming" I said walking to her bedroom as he little legs follow.

As soon as she got dressed, I carried her out the house and hopped in the back of the escalade then Vernon drove off. He's been my driver for the last 5 years and he's also step dad. He and my mom has been together since I was little which makes him the only father figure I know for the last 17 years. I never knew the reason why my dad left though but he told me the reason was valid. He still paid child support up until I was 18 so my mom didn't complain much about him being gone. Whenever I asked my mom why he left, she would say she doesn't know. Phone calls started out as 3 times per day to 1 time daily to twice a week then once every week to monthly then once in awhile. Last time I heard from him was when I turned 18, he called and wished me happy birthday, sent me cash, said he loved me then radio silence after that.

When we reached the doctor's office, I got out mapping out the area then brought Malaya with me. We walked through the door and about 10 persons were in the waiting room. I walked to the front desk and realized that a different nurse was there. She took my information then told me to take a seat I took a seat and Malaya leaned between my legs sucking her thumb. I pulled it from her mouth mugging her, she smiled then patted my pocket for my phone. I took it out and went on farm heroes then hand it over to her.

After sitting for almost an hour, I was called in the examination room and when I tell you I got the air knocked out of me, I meant it. Before me was a light skinned male nurse wearing burgundy uniform. He was shorter than me but his skin wasn't much lighter than mine. His face was actually pretty cute then he gave me a nice smile motioning for me to sit on the bed. I did as told lifting Malaya to sit next to me.

I have him a once over and if it wasn't for his non existent breast, I'd say he's a she. His waist was really small, maybe a 24 or 26, his wider than usual and his ass was fat. He had such a beautiful smile and his eyes were beautiful too. God damn I'm star strucked.

"Good morning, my name is Nurse Malakai Crawford and I'll be your nurse from now on. Miss June is on sick leave so I'm her replacement until she gets back" He said smiling politely.

"I'm good with that. I'm De'Andrae Major which I think you already know" I said to him chuckling. He pressed his lips together smiling.

"Yeah I already know that. So do you mind taking your shirt off?" He asked placing the clipboard down.

"My daddy's got a cut" Malaya said to him as I unbuttoned my shirt exposing the bullet wound I got 3 weeks ago.

"Have you been taking care of daddy?" He asked her ads he put on some gloves.

"Bandaid finish, I not help daddy with no bandaid" She said pouting

"Didn't daddy buy you any bandaid? I guess he has to get some more then" He said taking a look at my wound. I took this opportunity see his face close up. He got a beauty mark on his neck and his eyes are a mixture or brown and green. Mostly brown. His ass look round as hell which made me lick my lips. Damn I'm a pervert eye raping him like this.

"How long have you been working here?" I asked him as he removed my stitches.

"Not that long, maybe 2 years. Why?" He asked

"It's my first time seeing you" I said to him

"I'm sure you don't know everyone in the world so if you're seeing me for the first time, then that should explain it. This is my first time seeing you too and I guess you will be coming around here again" He said smiling

"I won't, hopefully. Unless you're asking me to come see you again" I said feeling my lips twitch as I was about to smirk.

"Why would I ask you to do that?" He asked me

"Maybe you like my company" I said which made him laugh and the dimples on his cheeks deepen.

"I have had numerous patients who thinks I like their company but as a professional, you have to keep smiling so you don't be rude because they can be annoying" He said to me

"I'm sure I'm not annoying. You seem quite into the conversation so I'm assuming you're not annoyed" I said to him

"I'm not. You seem humble and I like that" He said to me

"I see. I guess I can say the same for you" I said to him.

"All done. If the painkillers you got before is almost finish, you can go to the pharmacy for a refill" He said to me smiling. My work phone started ringing and I took it from my pocket answering.

"King, I found who's snitching" Vaughn my right hand man said to me.

"Alright. I'll be there in 30 minutes and you know what to do. Don't start without me" I said then hang up

"Daddy we go now?" Malaya asked as I put my shirt back on

"Yes, I'm taking you to grandma. Daddy's gotta go to work now" I said to her

"But I wanna come to work" She said to me as I took my other phone from her.

"I told you before Malaya. What did I say?" I asked her sternly

"I don't go to work with daddy" She said hanging her head low.

"Come on baby girl, we gotta go now" I said lifting her off the bed to the floor.

"Since you're not gonna go to work with daddy, how about I give you some bandaids?" The nurse asked her showing a box of bandaids.

"Thank you. Daddy got a cut right here" She said touching my neck where I had a hickey. This little girl. He smiled then I mouthed a 'thanks' to him leaving.

When I got back outside, Vernon drove off as soon as we got in. He dropped me at my house then proceed to take Malaya to my mom's. I got in my car and drove to the location Vaungn sent me which was one of the new spots we discovered a few months ago. I hate snitches. I don't understand how I'm helping you make two ends meet but you still walking around here telling folks what I got going on. I parked behind the building and took my gun from the glove compartment then stepped out. I bang on the door and it was opened by one of the bodyguards who nodded in response. I walked around back going downstairs into the concrete basement that's hot as hell. I walked inside and saw Vaughn, Mackie and Tank sitting down.

"Wassup Gee?" I asked then the further I got into the room, I realize they are two other guys sitting in chairs, handcuffed and black hoods over their heads.

"I told yo ass not to be surprised when we were tryna figure out how we got robbed so quick" Tank said walking towards the guys pulling the hoods off their heads. Boogie and Crow.

You know when you see someone and the moment you look in their eyes, you know they're snitching? I saw that look in Boogie's eyes before so I know damn well he ain't do shit, but what I do know is he's friends with Crow who is a snitch spotted 50 miles away. Boogie is the type of guy who will come to me and ask for side work so he could help out his girl and his son. He is more of a work-for-it kinda guy but Crow is demanding. Always on some dumb shit. I pulled my gun out and shot his ass in the knee but only to graze the skin.

"Who you running your mouth to about my business?" I asked him lighting a blunt.

"It wasn't me. It was boogie ass" He yelled at me

"The fuck you mean me? Dawg doesn't fucking lie on me bro" Boogie said to him. I shot Crow again in the shoulder.

"First you gon disrespect me then lie to my face. How are you gon lie on ya friend? You know he the one that told me someone is snitching and he ain't stupid to put his son on the line" I said inhaling the weed.

"Okay maybe I did but you gotta understand that wasn't intentional. I had no choice alright. They threatened to kill my cousin dude" He said to me

"But then they ended up still killing ya cousin. Nigga when you gon understand that pussy ass niggas will do anything for you to snitch huh? They gon kill yo ass regardless because if you gon snitch on me, why wouldn't you snitch on them?" I asked him

"You could've come to us 'cause we looked after our own. The fuck you think is gonna happen now? We gotta kill you and that's gone make it look like we evil when you the one that messed up" Vaughn said to him. I smirked to myself.

"I won't kill you if you tell me who took my shit," I said to him

"What you mean you won't kill him? King are you stupid?" Vaughn asked me

"Watch your mouth before I shoot your ass. Don't talk to me like you got no damn sense" I said to him. He pressed his lips together then rolled his eyes. I got something for his ass.

"The gang on the corner street. A dude name Protege is a new leader and he wanted to send a message. I didn't necessarily snitch because at first I didn't know who he was and we were just chilling back at my place. He asked me if he know how he could get some fast money and I told him my boss looking for more workers that's all. We fucked then he said he was interested" Crow said looking down

"You fucked him? Don't you think that's a bit suspicious? Or was he the one that fucked you?" Tank asked him

"That's not important. I need a face to the name" I said to him

"He's a white dude but kinda Latino and he has a snake tattoo from his neck to his left arm. He's skinny a little shorter than me with a curvy figure. His hair is in a long blonde ponytail" He said to me

"Oh Fuck" Tank muttered

"Alright, I'll handle that. You're gonna walk outta here or limp whatever the hell you choose. Pack your shit and you and your sister are taking the first flight out of the US. I don't care how you do it or who you gotta fuck to do it. I just want you to remember that I spared you for your sister so don't let me suspect you going behind my back again because I have eyes and ears all over. You gonna set your ass straight and give her a good life until she turns 18 so don't think I'm playing with you dumbass. Letting a wigga ride your ass till you snitch" I said shaking my head.

"I'm sorry," He said to me

"So am I," Tank said then shot him between the eyes. I turned around and shot his ass between the eyes as well. He ain't see that coming.

"What did you do?" Vaughn exclaimed

"Mack get the clean-up crew and let boogie go. Vaughn my car right now" I ordered walking back outside to my car.

"Why did you do that?" Vaughn asked me as he walked out the back door. I gripped his neck slamming him into the door.

"You know what happens when you disobey my orders don't you?" I gritted out. He whined.

"I'm sorry daddy." He said pouting

"You're sorry? Don't fucking do that shit again" I said to him

"Okay. I won't" He said to me

"That's what the fuck I thought. Tank's a snitch as well. He was talking to the feds and I was gonna string him along until the operation was through then I kill him but I paid the agent $50k and I have him on camera so I don't need his ass anymore" I said to him

"Smart ass. I want some dick now" He said pulling my head down to his lips.

"I'm gonna start charging yo ass. Good dick don't come free" I said chuckling

"You're gonna have to continue fucking me until Mackie starts giving me attention. His ass stays oblivious" He groaned

"It's funny how you in love with the nigga and fucking his cousin," I said smirking

"Correction, his cousin is fucking me now let's go back to my place. Or yours" He said pecking my lips then walked to my x6 getting in the passenger seat.
