Dylan narrates.

I had a huge headache. I didn't want to imagine what Helen's life had been like with that wretch. I felt guilty for having been part of a deal with that awful man.

I got into the truck and asked Camilo to take me to a pharmacy. My head was spinning, and he was about to vomit.

"Are you okay, sir? He's pale” Camilo looked at me with a worried face.

"I don't feel well, I feel like throwing up and I'm dizzy" I answered in a whisper.

“Do you want us to stop so I throw up?”

"No, I need a painkiller as soon as possible, hurry up the car."

We got to the pharmacy and Camilo hurriedly got out to buy medicine, but I opened the door and started to vomit, I couldn't stand the nausea.

I did not want Helen to suffer, my intention in marrying her was never to mistreat her. What Marina had done caused me enormous and intransigent anger; but she would hear me. She didn't kick her just because Helen hadn't asked me to, because she was tired of her rebelliousness and her rudeness.
