(main character is Kendra. Kendra is still being held in the house by her parents that's why her POV is not much but later in the story she takes her place as a main character).
I moved from that position and sat at a distance from Mr Brandon and ugh! Kendra! And I observed them all through the whole lesson.
Mr and Mrs Donaldson had already gone for work earlier. Now it's just me, Mr Brandon, Kendra and the maids.
Kendra accompanied Mr Brandon to the door and stopped.
She probably did so, think that I won't approach him in her presence but I did anyway.
I crossed my hand on Mr Brandon's and walked him to the road side while sticking my tongue out at Kendra.
She wasn't so thrilled about it but she didn't dare to come out. I don't even know why she stays in.
Any normal kid would get curious one day right?

20We all finished eating and after some time Kira started to leave but this time I was determined to find out why she isn't living with us."Kira! Wait up!"
