"I just called you for the fifth time. Why weren't you picking up?" I whispered into the phone.
"I was asleep. It's almost twelve midnight." Mr Brandon replied from the other side of the phone.
"Don't test my patience. Take a taxi and start coming over. You're carrying out your mission tonight." I said to him.
"As you wish." He said in response.
I ended the call and tiptoed straight to Kendra's room.
I pushed it open and went straight to her bed. She's asleep.
I came out of the room and went straight to the front door of the mansion, waiting for Mr Brandon.
I felt someone tap my shoulder and I shrieked.
"What are you doing here?" I asked in bewilderment.
Kendra was standing right there before me now.
"I want to know what you are up to by this time of the night and why you went into my room to check if I was asleep first." Ken
