Chapter twenty nine

I felt so much pain in my back that I didn't think I could ever get up from that bed. The hospital discharged me after a month and I happily returned home with my baby in my arms and my husband eight beside me. 

As I was about entering the mansion, I saw a lady with the upper part of her face covered by a wide spread hat. 

She stood in the open with her arms folded and I could see the smirk on her lips. 

I felt a light tap on my shoulder and my heart skipped a beat. 

I placed my left hand on my chest and took a deep breath. 

"What's wrong?" Charles asked, concerned. 

"Nothing. I just lost my attention to everything." I replied. 

"Are you sure?" Charles asked. 

"Yes." I answered. 

"There's no problem at all. I'm just tired." I added. 

I don't know why but that lady crept me out. Why was she just standing there facing our mansion?
