Chapter six

           

"Shush shush." Cherry said. 

She was about to enter my house but I stopped her. 

"How did you find out where I live? Were you stalking me?" I questioned. 

"Calm down calm down, shish." Cherry said. 

"You told me your address just some minutes ago." Cherry answered. 

"Don't be stupid. I did no such thing." I said.

"Haha, I'm the one who called you." Cherry said and smirked at me. 

"Called me?" I said. 

"Yes. I'm the one who said to you on the phone that Mr Donaldson sent..."

"What's wrong with you?! What do you want from me?!" I yelled at her. 

I'm sure this witch must have tricked Kendra into giving her my number. 

Only few people were passing by and they glanced at us occasionally before moving out of sight. 

"Let me in and I will tell you." Cherry answered. 

"No." I said. 

"No?" Cherry said and laughed. 

"You really have guts Brandon." Cherry said.

"So you think I would let someone like you into my house?" I said. 

"Oh you will. You don't have a choice but to do so." Cherry said. 

"And what do you mean?" I asked her. 

"Let me in and I will show you." Cherry said. 

I didn't want to but the way she spoke made me feel like she did something I wasn't aware of. 

I moved out of the way and let her in. 

"Hm. Nice place you got here. It will do nicely for us." Cherry said. 

"Us? This is my house and mine only. Say what you want to and get out." I stated. 

"Haha. Why the rush Brandon? The fun has only begun. 

I stayed quiet and impatiently waited for the witch to speak up. 

" Okay I will show you now." Cherry said, bringing something out of her handbag. 

She got a camera out and was doing something with it before finally playing a video on the camera to me. 

My eyes widened in shock and my mouth fell open. I didn't know wheat to do or say next but just stood there. 

Cherry turned it off and smiled sweetly at me. 

"Aw sweetheart." Cherry said and tried to put her arms around me. 

I pushed her away immediately. 

"You witch! You drugged me! I know you must have put something in my drink! It's no wonder I couldn't remember a thing." I shouted at her but she just laughed at me. 

"Well who cares if I drugged you? The fact remains that we both wanted it that night." Cherry said and started walking round me. 

"And the video shows both of us wanted it. Just look at the way we are doing it so passionately. It's just my bosses that ruined it all when they returned." Cherry said. 

"You are sick! Better go to a hospital for help!" I yelled. 

"Yes you're right! I am sick! I'm sick in love with you! In all these years I've been trying to get your attention but no! You never even glanced at me!" Cherry yelled. 

"I'm not interested in you and I never will be!" I told her straight forward. 

"I don't care if you love me back or not anymore. All I know is that you belong to me now and I will never let you go." Cherry said, her eyes looking like that of a crazy person. 

"Never!" I said. 

"Never? Well then, I guess I'll have to expose this video to Mr and Mrs Donaldson." Cherry threatened. 

"Don't forget that you are in that video as well. If I get fired you will too." I said to her. 

"I don't care as long as you go down with me." Cherry said and I could see the seriousness in her eyes. 

I can't loose my job, not now. It's the only source of money I have and if the Donaldsons fire me for such a thing then no one else would want to hire me after finding out the reason. 

What have I gotten into now? I'm doomed for sure. 

"I take it your answer is yes?" She asked. 

I bowed my head in defeat. I have to do whatever she wants. 

"Good boy." She said. 

"Now, where are the keys to your house?" She asked. 

I lifted my head and looked straight at her in surprise. 

"Don't sweat it. I'm not kicking you out." She said. 

I hesitantly gave up the keys and she tried the wrong ones of the front door before she finally found the right one at the third try. 

She locked the door and flung the keys to the table. 

"Before I leave." Cherry said and walked closer to me as she took off her jacket and kicked off her shoes. 

"I'd like to know how well you do it when you are completely conscious." She said. 

I wanted so much to push her off me and kick her out but of course I did nothing. 

What could I do? She had even pad locked her handbag after putting the camera back in. 

Cherry took off my shirt and ran her fingers on my chest. She looked into my eyes and then my lips then she closed her eyes and started to kiss me. 

Kira POV

"Don't call me mom when it's just the two of us or even three of us together. Do you understand?" Mrs Donaldson said. 

"Yes ma'am." I answered. 

Mr and Mrs Donaldson are driving me to a gathering right after school time was over. Probably just to show me off as their daughter Kendra whom they have kept within the house for ten years. 

Little did those people know that all this is a act. I'm not Kendra. I'm not even her blood sister. 

I'm nothing but a look alike. 

So this is my new life out of the orphanage. They had paid people at the orphanage to keep quiet about me being adopted and now I'm a walking target. 

I had hoped that I would finally get the family I always hoped for but my bad luck brought me here. 

They want me to pretend to be their daughter outside while the real Kendra sits save at home. 

They even talked about all the enemies they had that would want to get revenge on them by attacking their daughter. 

They didn't love me or care about me. I'm just a pawn in their hands and nothing else. 

"Ah yes. We are finally here." Mr Donaldson said. 

"Make sure you smile when we introduce you. If you dare make a mistake well... You know what happens." Mrs Donaldson added. 

They stepped out of their car and I followed suit. 

What a huge gathering this is. A man was throwing a party for his son's birthday. Mr and Mrs Donaldson started walking in. 

Mrs Donaldson made sure to smile as she held my hand lovingly and we pretended to be a happy family.
