Chapter Eight: Into the Woods

"THAT is the reason why I am against your relationship, Maria."

I stared at Baron, I could clearly see the sensitivity in his eyes while saying that. I just held my breath. Now that I've confirmed that Lucas is indeed a wolf, and not just any wolf, but an Alpha, I guess I'd rather know that he's just an ordinary wolf.
