Sophie Pov

"I am going to make you regret ever getting married to me Sophie, that I promise you" he said, glaring at me. I looked at him speechless, he doesn't want to get married. I opened my mouth to talk but I couldn't get the words out.

"I…I a…." I stopped talking because he left. He headed back to the house while I just stared at his back, shocked. I stand there still trying to process this new acquired information. Do I still want to get married to a man that doesn't even want to get married? A loveless marriage like dad's own? No I can't, I can't be in a loveless marriage. With that I walk back inside the house then head straight to the dining room. Papa Pat and dad were laughing while Jessica and Anna were quietly eating their food fuming. Everett was pressing his phone, food long forgotten. I sat on my seat.

"Hey, I'm back" I said. Everyone attention turned on me. Well everyone except Everett, he was just pressing his phone and tapping the screen hard. Poor phone, he is lite
