Chapter 24

Lucy's pov;

At the clothing store, "I already have many dresses at home. Why are you buying a new one?"

"This is a special occasion so you have to wear something new and not an old one."

"Those are not old."

He gave me a pat on my shoulder and said, "Come on, let's go look for the best one." When I didn't move from where I was standing, he tried to hold my hand. I moved back saying, "Stop touching me."

His smile dropped from what I said. It was really bad to see him in this state but I can't keep on letting things go his way.

He put up a smile and said, "If you don't like this store, it's fine. We'll go to some other store. But before that, we'll check out the dresses here." And headed first.

'Why are you trying so hard?'

I walked after him into the store. He was ordering them to show him the most priced clothes in the store while I was looking at him. I wonder what made him like me. I was being rude and mean towards him from the beginning so that he will hate me but I never though
