The office went silent.

Gavin sighed as he thought that Bennedix is not talking because what he said is true. That he is truly evil.

Knowing Bennedix’s personality, Gavin knew that Bennedix would frankly tell him the truth, even though that it’s offensive or hurt his feelings. That’s why Bennedix’s silence only means something, he doesn't know the answer, or he’s thinking that his answer would have an impact on Gavin's state when he is already suffering enough.

“What time is the meeting with Mr. Pimentel?”

Gavin asked, clearly burying the topic.

But Bennedix was just staring at him while his fingers placed in his chin, clearly, he’s thinking. Gavin looked at him questionably.

“Gray.”

“What?”

“You're the color Gray.”

“What the hell are you talking about?”

Gavin started to feel irritated by Bennedix’s broken statement. He glared at Bennedix but the man just pointed at his face before clicking his tongue.
