MADISON’S POV

Looking at the saucer that was placed at the table, I couldn’t help but to remember a horrific scene. Maybe it’s because the last thing I saw was the saucer that contained the medicine that made me unconscious before. And the next thing that happened was a nightmare.

“My lady? Is there something you need?”

My thoughts snapped back to my head as I heard Sylv’s worried, small voice. I looked at her and shook my head as I looked back at the view outside. I’m currently resting inside my room. I just had lunch and now Sylv has been asking me if I want to eat some snacks or sweets.

Just like my room in Jordan’s house, my room here could also see the main garden of the manor. Obviously, it is much bigger than Jordan’s garden, but it gives a royal vibe unlike at Jordan’s that was small but looks enchanting.
