Chapter 18: GETTING DISCHARGED.

"Well…" the doctor continued, "when she was brought here, her lungs were badly affected by the cold. That's why she had a cardiatic arrest and had difficulty in breathing, it was a slim chance of her surviving, but we tried our best to keep her alive." He paused again and said.

"But on the other hand, she developed a hyper pneumonia…please, anything cold, abstain from it." He looked at me.

"Because the cold temperature exposed on you is not the right temperature for a human being." He sighed and faces Sophia's mother.

"So, please, ma'am, always keep her warm." He smiled while Mrs. Johnson nodded vigorously, smiling back at the doctor.

"But nevertheless, you are sound and okay. You will be discharged this evening." He smiled as every other person in the room also smiled.

Thank goodness, it's not that critical. Just cold.

"So Sir…" He beckoned on Mr. Johnson. "Kindly follow me to my office and sign the discharge form."

"Of course, sure." Mr. Johnson smiled as they both left the ward.
