Apology and forgiveness

“8 PM,” Jules murmured, glancing at the wristwatch he wore before dusting the red plastic chair.

Light flickered on his face as soon as he was about to sit down.

At first, he thought it was from the power supply until he glimpsed the paparazzi some meters away from him.

“What the hell?!” Jules's eyes glinted.

He attempted to block the continuous flash of the light with his hand, but it was of no use.

They went on taking shots upon shots like he had called them to do so.

He groaned, shielding his face slightly. Though he was used to them showing up unannounced, he hadn't thought of it happening.

He knew what would be the headline tomorrow without even guessing.

Also, he believed the 'stalkers', as he liked calling them, would have taken some shots of him when he was with John on the balcony.

He only hoped they hadn't seen him punching him.
