Chapter 1

ALLISON'S P.O.V.

The room fell silent as I looked at my step-father in the eyes and the tension in the hair increased rapidly.

“No. Dad, I can't follow him to anywhere, Dad please” Tears filled my eyes as I looked at him, but he had no emotion on his face.

“You will follow Francis to his back, and you will bow down to their Alpha as he is your new own, moreover you are better off sold as you brought me a lot of money, get packing before he is ready!” He growled at me before leaving the room in nothing but anger. 

Tears slow slowly rolled down my eyes as the realization hit me like tons of ice. He had sold me off not just to anyone, but to the ruthless man alive, the anger in his eyes only meant death and regardless of being my stepfather, one more word from me, and I'm dead meat. 

I wasn't new to being beating up for nothing, getting bullied by everyone in the pack, being hated by merely seeing me, but getting sold was the last thing I'll ever think they will do to me 

A constant reminder that my mother had slept with another man was to me and I never got the chance to meet her as she was killed after I was born 

“Where is she?” My body jumped as I was brought back to reality and a man didn't recognize stood at the door step of my room, then I saw Beta Francis right behind me. 

“Please, I just want to speak to my…” 

“Silence…” A slap across of the fade shut me up, and I could feel the blood rolling out of my nose, “… You will bow to your new master when you meet him, until then, stay silent” My body right before him, yet Beta Francis was yet to say a word, he just stared at me with nothing but… Pity, it was the first time someone looked at me in that way

I was pulled out of the house and forced into a car, and that was it. I had always hoped to leave this pack as soon as I got the chance, but this was my way to death, one look at me and the man who was meant to be my master was going to kill me.

He hated women and people who were weak, I was all in one. There was no escape for me this time. The car suddenly began to move without Beta Francis being in the car and I stayed quiet, it was the perfect way to escape this place. 

Soon enough, the car was outside the pack and though my body still trembled, I needed to be strong this time. I knocked of them with my elbow surprised, knocking him out completely and the other tried to but me in place as I fought with him with the chains.

“You little bitch!” He growled at me, but I wasn't fazed by it, but I suddenly felt a hit behind my head and slowly drifted into the land of darkness.

My eyes flew open, and I was hit by a wave of headache, but I suddenly remembered what had happened and realized I was in a room you didn't recognize. Without thinking twice, I stood up and walked towards the door to see if there was any guard there , but no one was there. 

I immediately dashed through the four and composed myself as though I were a maid, moreover I was fully tried as a maid, that was the only type of dresses I was allowed to wear at home 

“Who are you?!” I froze in my spot as a guard asked with his eyes fixed on me, “… Are you new here?”

“Yes sir”

“Maids don't put their hair down, get to where you are meant to be and quit moving around!” He snapped, making me jump, but I immediately moved without saying a word to him again. 

I needed to get the hell out of her before anyone realized I was gone, but the place was so huge, I could barely find the stairs down or a way out of this place. I ran to the end of the hall but saw nothing but darkness and I took the stairs that lead up, maybe I was going to see something from there. 

“Is she awake?” I heard someone spoke and immediately moved out of the way and hidden away while they passed through me. 

“I'm not sure, but Alpha Orion is getting impatient. Why the hell did you have to hit her on the head!” Their voices slowly fade away, and I let out a sigh of relief. 

“What are you doing here, Child?” I screamed as someone spoke from above me, and I looked up to see him looking at me, which made me swallow hard.

“I… I just got here and… and I was asked to clean the hallway” I lied but his intense look upon me was scared than my step-father's 

“Get to work!” He mumbled before walking away, and I let out by a sigh of relief. 

I immediately stood up and continued down the path. My wolf ran around in my head, causing me a headache, but the environment did nothing but make fear creep into me. Something about this wasn't right, but I couldn't tell what it was. 

A scent lingered around that sent shivers down my spine as I walked, and I suddenly heard footsteps from the far end of the hall. I was unable to go back, so I continued to walk and pretend like a made, but my legs came to a pause when I noticed it was Beta Francis.

Without thinking, I opened the door next to me and immediately walked in while breathing heavily, and I suddenly felt a presence in the darkness of this room. The scent of Lava and fire was stronger, and my wolf was getting crazier and the lights suddenly went on, and I met eyes with a pair of piecing red eyes that sent shivers through my bone.

“Mate” I whispered to myself and realization hit me
