I didn't know why I gave in to my anger once I heard the news that Kay asked her out. There was this kind of weird feeling in me. I didn't know if it was jealousy but I couldn't be and knew that it was just the mate bond playing a big trick on us.

I wondered if the others felt it or rather it was all just me. I didn't know whether it was me but they seemed fine like it didn't affect them or perhaps the mate bond wasn't creating some weird kind of feelings and tricks in them.
