Mag-log inMIA'S POV:
I narrowed my eyes at the three of them as they watched me approaching. Their eyes followed my movement as I walked toward the dining table. Silence filled the air as I sat next to Liam. He was the youngest of the triplets; he hummed, watching me like a hawk. Feeling uncomfortable as Liam smelled like coffee, I rose from the chair and went to sit far away from them. Their eyes continued looking at me, but I didn't comment or ask them anything. The sound of the kitchen door unlocked, and my mother walked out and smiled at them. "I'll serve the dinners now. Actually, my maid isn't around because I sent her to welcome her daughter's baby. I'll be back," Mom said, as she came out of the kitchen to see if we were getting along. "It's okay, Chairwoman. Let's have the dinners. My Dad will soon be here, or we can wait for him," Luis said, the second triplet chimed in with his deep voice that made my thighs clench, and Mom grinned, "Alright." Unlike Leon's voice, Luis' voice was sharper, deeper, and magnetic, making me uncomfortable as his face had no smile at all. His eyes looked calculating and sinister. "Let me get the dinner ready. You all can chat with Mia to enlighten her more about our pack. I'll be back," Mom said, her voice sweet as her lips curled into a smile. Her eyes peered at me and signaled me to get along, just as she swiftly strolled to the kitchen door and left me with the three bad boys. "Mia, what a beautiful name for a beautiful bunny," Liam spoke first, his voice laced with mockery, as I glared at him. "I know you three are bullies, but my mother will never marry your father. So you better get that into your damn skulls," I replied, my voice harsh, but I didn't care. I've thought about it, but I cannot live with them. "Hmm," Leon rose to his feet and came to my chair to meet me. I tensed in my seat as he leaned next to my neck and asked with a deep husky voice, "How about?" He began, whispering into my right ear, as his hot breath fanned my neck. "How about I tell you that we want to marry you instead of your mother?" "What?" I jumped away from the chair, my cheeks flushed as I peered at Leon's face. He was the oldest of the triplets. He must be joking, right. I peered into his face and shifted away from the dining table as I looked at the two other boys. Their faces were neutral, so I couldn't tell if they were annoyed or thinking the same as Leon. "Stay away from me, you assholé!" I yelled at Leon, glaring at him, as I couldn't believe he was proposing to me. These three ruthless men, had many young women in the Academy ready to serve them, but not me. I want to become an advocate for the women to learn to stand up for their rights. They cannot be subjected to slavery and worshiping the men for their dîcks. Leon smiled and went back to his seat. "I'm just kidding, haha," he laughed handsomely, surrendering his hands into the air. But my brows furrowed at him. My heart was beating erratically, and I warned him with a stern voice, "Do not come close to me again!" Luis and Liam were quiet as they watched me, but I felt their eyes digging into me. I felt my legs quiver, and my entire body still burned due to Leon's closeness to me before. As I wanted to disappear from the dining room, my mother stepped out of the kitchen, carrying a large tray of dinner in her arms. She looked at us in surprise, seeing me standing, and asked, "Mia, is anything wrong?" Leon had already sat back, and before I could say a word, the doorbell rang and my mother rushed ahead to the dining table to drop the big white tray of food there. "Mia, hurry up. Check who's at the door. I'm sure Alpha David Oscar has arrived." Seeing my mother's happy face, I frowned, glaring at the three boys who were looking at me. I forced my feet to move and went to pull the living room door open. To my shock, an older version of Liam, Luis, and Leon stood at the door and smiled at me. "Hi. You must be Mia, right?" he asked, smiling as I made way for him to enter the living room. He wore a black suit and looked breathtakingly handsome. "Good evening, sir. I am." I smiled back, as he walked in. He was a middle-aged man, dark-skinned, but he seemed more polite and humble than his three sons. "It's nice to meet you, Mia. You look so beautiful like your mother," he praised me, and I blushed. "Thank you, sir," I replied, and my mother walked up to the living room to welcome him. "Welcome, babe," Mom said, as she hugged Alpha David. I stole a quick glance at the Triple L to see their reaction upon seeing my mother hugging their father. Except for Leon, Luis and Liam frowned, to show they wouldn't approve of my mother as their stepmother. But seeing me smirking at them, they smiled for the first time, and my heart exploded. "Come on, Mia. Let's have our seats, while I set up the meals," Mom said, her voice sweet as she gestured for us to have our seats, while she served the table. Leon sat across from me, while his father and my mother sat next to each other. However, Luis and Liam sat on my right, as the dining table had six chairs. This was the first time the dining room was full. Before, it was just me and my mother. Mom served out the delicious meals of fried rice and chicken, before she went to serve us soft drinks and sat back next to Alpha David. "How do you like the meals, Triple L?" Mom asked, when Leon took the first bite. Luis and Liam were quiet and holding their spoons. Luis sat in the middle of me and Liam, across from his father, while my mother sat across from Liam. But Leon caressed his right leg against mine under the table, and I glared at him, shifting my left leg back under my chair. Leon smiled and said, "It's delicious, Ma." "How about you both? You haven't tasted the meal?" Mom asked, her voice full of concern as her eyes darted to peer at Luis and Liam who sat next to me. "You seem to care more about the boys than me, babe," Alpha David spoke with a sweet voice, as he looked at my mother's face lovingly. Mom blushed and said, "I know you won't tell me the truth about my food. You'll always speak good of me. I personally prepared this meal, and I wanted to see how your sons like it." Mom shifted her gaze and peered at Luis who sat next to me. Luis also had the same coffee smell like his brothers. He dipped his spoon into the rice and took a bite. The same as Liam as I watched their faces. "It's nice, Chairwoman," Luis replied, and their father scowled. "Luis, haven't I warned you three to learn to call Lucy, Mom? She will be your new stepmother, and it's only respectful to call her Mom," Alpha David snapped, his voice thunderous, and I peered at him in shock. Mom quickly placed her hand on Alpha David's left arm to calm him down as she said, "It's okay, babe. I'm not upset that they call me Chairwoman. That's what I am at the Academy." Alpha David scowled and looked at my mother's face. His expression softened as he said, "I want you to be my wife, Lucy. I know the three of them are stubborn. I can send them away, but I want to marry you. It's been twenty-two years since Esther left me. Don't you think I've tried and deserve to be happy?" Mom smiled sadly and replied, "You have tried. But our children are part of us. If they don't approve of us, we cannot force it." "Mm." Alpha David's fist clenched around the spoon. And Mom whispered to his right ear, so closely, "We'll still be friends and give them time to get along." "No. They're naughty boys, and I cannot give them any time. Don't worry about them. Once they find their mates, they'll leave us. I've already made up my mind for us to live together, Lucy. I love you very much, and I want you as my Luna and by my side," Alpha David stated, holding my mother's hands in his. I peered at Leon's face to see his expression at his father's statement. Leon frowned and looked at me. Once our gaze locked, I smirked, and his eyes narrowed. Looking at his father and my mother holding hands, Leon smirked and said, "Dad, we approve of you and Lady Lucy getting married." "What!" I gasped, alongside Liam and Luis.MIA'S POV:Four years later, I had graduated as an accountant from the pack’s Academy when I started to feel sick.I had been on the pill, but this morning my body felt different. It was graduation day, and most of the students were preparing to go to the holy ground for the ceremony.“Mia, wake up. It’s your graduation day,” Luis said as he climbed onto the bed and nudged me.“I don’t feel like going,” I pouted.“Why? Did you forget you’re getting married to us tomorrow?” he asked.Indeed, my wedding with the Triple L had been announced. Most of the pack members weren’t happy that I wanted to marry the Triple L and not one of them. But when they heard it was the moon goddess’s choice for me, they couldn’t protest. Their lips were sealed.“Come on, I’ll help you with your bath,” Luis promised as he lifted me from the bed and took me to the bathroom to shower.“I feel sick,” I mumbled, and Luis whispered, “You’ll be fine. Just be strong for us.”After bathing me, Luis helped me get dre
Mia's POV:When Luis's car arrived at his house, which he shares with his brothers, I watched him drive in and park.It was late at night when Leon and Liam stepped out of the house to welcome me."Welcome mates," they squealed, rushing up to embrace me.My cheeks flushed as Leon lifted me off the ground first, before placing a warm kiss on my left cheek.Liam came forward, holding a bouquet of roses as he wore a black shirt and slacks with his brother."Thank you," I smiled, as Liam presented the flowers to me, while Luis took my box inside the house."We have been waiting for this moment for a long time," Leon said, his deep voice whispering into my right ear."To claim you, and mark you. Now is the time," Leon said, and I shivered as his deep voice carried a tantalizing weight.Leon carried me into the magnificent white house and I was surprised they had already drawn a portrait of me from their graduation day on the wall."It's so beautiful," I said, just as Leon set me down on my
(Mia's POV)A month later, Alpha David organized a big feast. Several pack elders attended the ceremony at the palace for my baby brother. His name was officially announced to the pack members. There was music in the background, along with dancers and many foreign guests who graced the occasion.I smiled, watching the party unfold until nightfall. When I was in my room, my mother knocked and walked in. Her features were graceful as she smiled at me."Mia, this is an invitation to Veronica's wedding. I know she's annoyed with you, but we must attend," Mom said, her lips curled in a smile as she handed the invitation to me."Alright. I will," I agreed, left with no other option. The wedding was scheduled for three months later."Mia, how about your mate? When are you ready to accept him, or do you want to move on?" Mom asked, and I lowered my head."It's complicated," I said, looking away from her."How is it complicated? What happened?" she asked, and I drew a deep breath, looking back
(Leon's POV)I watched Mia carrying her little baby brother in her arms. Seeing the beautiful smile on her face brought solace to my heart."Congratulations, Stepmom," I said, just as my brothers arrived and walked into the room."We brought baby gifts," Liam and Luis said, as they presented a basket full of baby gifts for the newborn."Aww. That's so sweet of you both," Lucy replied to Luis and Liam, as they smiled and peered at Mia, who was focused on the baby in her arms."We're glad that you delivered our little brother safely. What's his name?" Luis asked, walking over to stand in front of Mia as he peered at the little baby, who bore a striking resemblance to Lucy."His name is Samson," Lucy replied, and we all smiled, knowing he was a strong baby."Alright. We'll organize a baby party to announce his name to the pack members," Dad said, and we smiled, preparing to leave."Dad, we'll be taking our leave now. I need to get to the company," I said, preparing to leave the hospital
(Mia's POV)The following week went by smoothly, and I was thinking my dad and Alpha David would have issues living together. But no, they got along easily.I hadn't gone to see the Triple L or visit them in their house, even when I promised them that I would.Vivian called me frequently for us to meet. But I didn't want to, because I knew that she wanted to know about my affairs with the Triple L.Surprisingly, Veronica the parrot mouth had kept mute, and I was sure it was Alpha David who had called her to order. I rarely saw her in the pack. Even when I went hunting with my dad, shopping, or accompanying my mother for her pregnancy checkup, I rarely spotted Veronica.*****Three months later, I resumed going to class and rarely spotted the Triple L. After all, they had graduated, and I felt relieved."Mia!" Cynthia exclaimed when she saw me return to school. It was a bright Monday, and so we had been promoted to our second year.Dressed in a white top and black skirt, I walked along
Mia's POV:"Hello," I said, smiling as Luis's deep, magnetic voice came through."Mia, when are you coming over to pay me a visit?""Not today. My dad just got back, and I cannot leave home now," I said, and Luis groaned."Do you want me to come over to my father's house to meet you?""No. What? How can you ask me such a ridiculous question?" I asked him in shock.Luis laughed and said, "So when do you promise to come and visit me? I am hard and in rut, and I want you."Looking out the window, I replied, "I will let you know when I am ready, but not today. Take care of yourself. Besides, you have been holding on for many years, before you recognized me as your mate.""Oh!" Luis groaned and said, "Fine. I will be patient. Take care, and when you need us, do not forget to mindlink or contact my brothers and me.""Sure," I replied, before my call with Luis ended. My heart was still racing loudly, and I could not believe that I was now mated to the three of them. The sound of someone knoc
