“Cassian," I moaned into his lips, fisting his shirt. His lips were hungry, possessive. It wasn't anything sweet or innocent; it was a reminder, a reminder of who I belonged to.

He pressed me against the door, his body flush against mine, like even an inch of distance would be too much. His hands roamed my waist, gripping tightly like he could anchor himself to me.

Shit. I felt my legs begin to shake, the pressure of his touch unraveling whatever strength I had left. His mouth moved to my neck, teeth grazing the skin just enough to make me gasp. I felt his canines protrude, his wolf tempted to lay his mark. I wanted to move away, but I couldn’t; my body wouldn't move, my mind clouded with lust.

"Say it," he growled against my throat, his voice low and rough, vibrating against my skin. "Say who you belong to."

I squeezed my eyes shut, breath catching in my throat. My body was trembling, and not just from desire. From the weight of it. From how real he made everything feel. From ho

  • Mated To The Alpha Who Bullied Me   Chapter 185: she killed a guard and ran away.

Nicole's POVIf frustration had a scent, Dawnveil would be drowning in it.I started where anyone with sense would—incident reports, guard rotations, patrol logs. Basic things. Simple things.Or they should have been. The first Omega I approached barely looked at me. I asked a question; he bowed, muttered something useless, and scurried off like I'd threatened his life.Okay. Fine. Nerves. New pack. I could work with that. The second one? Flat-out refused to speak."I don't know anything," she said quickly, eyes fixed on the floor. "I wasn't on duty.""I didn't say you were," I replied. She flinched anyway.Strike two.By midday, I'd been stonewalled by three guards, ignored by two scribes, and redirected in circles by a patrol leader who kept "forgetting" where the records were kept.It wasn't subtle. It was coordinated.I stopped in the middle of yet another cold corridor and exhaled slowly through my nose. The air smelled sterile. Cleaned too many times. Like they were trying to sc

Nicole's POV The Dawnveil Pack was as imposing as ever. Tall buildings painted in dark colors, skittish—unwelcoming—members, guards who looked like they'd forgotten how to blink. No wonder the Alpha heir had snapped and run mad. The SUV rolled to a stop in front of the pack house. The building rose high and sharp, overly luxurious in a way that felt performative. It was all cold marble, dark glass. And somehow... empty. Too empty. I stepped out, boots crunching softly against gravel, and lifted my gaze to the sky. It was grey, flat, heavy. Winter was creeping in—I felt it in the way the wind cut through my jacket and settled in my bones. The cold wasn't the only thing riding the air. There was something else. An undercurrent. Low. Eerie. Like the pack itself was holding its breath. Something was off about this place. Very off. I was escorted—dragged, really—through a maze of dull corridors. No warmth. No chatter. No scent of home. Just stone and silence and the faint

  • Mated To The Alpha Who Bullied Me   Chapter 183: I dare you.

Talia's POV The council members stood there in their usual formation. Creepy outfits, expensive fabrics draped over old bones that had long since forgotten what real power felt like. They had knowing smiles, the kind that always meant trouble. They were up to no good. They always were. My wolf stirred restlessly beneath my skin, pacing, teeth bared, itching to be let loose. They’d harassed me earlier. What could they possibly want again? "Cassian—" I started, instinctively stepping closer to him. Lady Vérin lifted a hand, cutting me off like I was nothing more than background noise. "Well, well," she purred, her eyes glittering. "This is... interesting." I narrowed my eyes. Councilor Hadrik's gaze flicked from Lena—still restrained by the guards—to Cassian, sharp and assessing. "We heard there was an incident," he said mildly. "An omega struck the Luna. And yet"—his lips curved—"she gets to walk free." My stomach dropped. They shouldn’t know about that. Not yet.

  • Mated To The Alpha Who Bullied Me   Chapter 182: let her go.

Talia's POVGuards poured in behind him, boots thudding against the infirmary floor, their attention locked on one person.Lena.The other omegas shrank back instinctively, fear rolling off them as Cassian's aura filled the room—heavy, lethal, unmistakably Alpha. It pressed down on all of us, sharp enough to make breathing feel like a chore. Two guards seized Lena, wrenching her arms behind her back. She didn't struggle. Didn't scream. She just stood there, stiff, her wide, hateful eyes never leaving my face. The sting at the back of my eyes burned—hot, sharp—but I refused it, I refused the tears. I swallowed hard, lifted my chin, and met her stare with one just as steady. She had every reason to be angry. Every reason to hate me.But she had no right to touch me."Lock her up," Cassian ordered, his voice cold, final. The guards jerked her forward, rough hands dragging her toward the door—The guards tugged at her roughly, hauling her toward the exit. That was when the panic hit.I gl

Talia's POVMrs Alanna had not exaggerated. The bakery was in shambles—flattened like a giant fist had come down from the sky and crushed it. Bricks lay scattered across the street, beams snapped like matchsticks. Flour dust hung thick in the air, coating everything in a pale, dusty way.I stared, my heart racing, my vision blurring at the edges.Construction workers swarmed the site. A handful of Omegas littered around, some crying openly, others eerily silent. Too silent. It smelled like dust and tears and—Blood."Oh goddess no," I whispered. My feet moved before my brain caught up. I crossed the street at a run, my heart lodged painfully in my throat."Talia—!" Mrs Alanna called after me.I didn't stop. I couldn't."What happened?" I demanded the moment I reached them.An Omega stepped forward—the same one who'd once handed me extra bread with a shy smile, who'd called me Luna like it meant something good. He bowed stiffly. The warmth was gone. His eyes were hollow. Still. Cold en

  • Mated To The Alpha Who Bullied Me   Chapter 180: an accident at the bakery

Talia's POV I stepped out of the council room, every muscle in my body buzzing from adrenaline. The kind that makes your limbs feel both weightless and wired at the same time. Every step I took down the hall felt like a statement—like I was claiming back the air after being poked and prodded by a bunch of decrepit old wolves with opinions about my life they didn't earn. Cassian needed to hear this. To hear how well I’d handled myself. To hear every insult, every ridiculous claim that I was a liability to him, to hear just how desperate they were to remove me. He'd been gone for hours, and I was ready to unload, to let him see exactly how stupidly proud I could be. I rounded a corner, thinking I could make it to him in one uninterrupted march when... oh, of course, the universe couldn't be that kind. Melissa. The woman appeared out of nowhere like a shadow you didn't want to see, lounging against the wall like she owned the hallway. That infuriating smirk of hers, like she'd jus
