Chloe and Clarissa got Marcus’s permission to go to the shrine in the mountains. Marcus got quite hesitant to send them alone so he asked Henry to accompany them. He’s more than happy to get out of the pack house after a boring day, studying for his exams. Seeing him, Chloe also wanted to learn something, but she doesn’t have a specific field she’s interested.

Marcus send her off standing before the pack house, she waved at it and said, “Now he will know how I feel while he leaves me alone,”

Clarissa smiled.

“What about Lucian, is he always busy like him?” Chloe asked.

“Not really, but he goes away for long hours and I miss him so much at that time,” Clarissa said.

“We are just going a mile away from your heroes, don’t worry, ladies,” Henry said.

“Just a mile?” Chloe asks.

“Yes, we know a short cut and we can reach there quicker,” Clarissa.

“So we don’t have to shift?” Chloe asks.

“No, it’s just a short distance. If we chat like this and walk we don’t feel bored at all,” Clarissa said
