Chapter 16
I woke up from snoring beside me. I opened my eyes and was immediately met with an aching headache. Next to me was a soundly and loudly sleeping Ashton. Without a shirt, he seriously has the body of a god. Wait, no shirt. I looked at what I was wearing. Ashtons shirt. What the hell happened last night?
"I can sense you panicking Evie, go back to sleep, it's too early." Ashton said with a sleepy voice. A hot sleepy voice, damn. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me on his chest, while putting his face in the crook of my neck. Is he smelling me? He let out a content sign. Well, that answers that question.

When Ashton went to the bathroom, I decided to look around the cabin. It was not that small and cozy, it had two stories, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there was obviously the living room, with the couch. The couch was in front of a fireplace, which was made out of natural grey bluff stones and looked really nice. Not a lot of she wolves have the strength to mark their mate, it happens a lot more often with a she wolf that has another she wolf as her mate, but a she wolf marking her male wolf doesn't really happen, especially an Alpha.
