12. Jealous

Mia: 

After chasing Giovanni out of my room, I’d had a sleepless night with an achy body and continuous dreams of him doing things I hadn’t imagined to my body. Although I regretted letting him go, it was for the best. I still couldn’t understand how I’d gone from hating his guts to wanting him.

I went about my day, praying not to bump into him because the Lord knows I could only resist him so much. My prayer was answered but in another form. I didn’t have to bump into the alpha and risk letting him have his way with me if he was with another woman of his kind, a female werewolf. But then, I didn't like the feeling that came with that.
