I had an attitude all through the workday. It was midday, Damien had been away for a week and half and he had the audacity to go a day without talking to me. I looked at the time with a clenched jaw as I walked around the room dancing around with Ava's head laying on my shoulders as she fought with sleep. It was past 9pm.
