The news about Allen's arrival had spread around the whole arena. No one had expected his arrival as it had been decades since he left. Rumors started going on regarding his arrival. Maybe the King was going to choose his next heir. Regardless of these rumors, none of them could stand solidly.
Allen brushed his hair and stared at himself in the mirror helplessly before staring at the wall. Calculating his days here in comparison to the human world, it was already two months since his departure. Would the boys be able to handle the pressure? Because on a normal circumference, the journey through the portal wasn't supposed to take more than a few days but because they had a stranger go through it, it changed the system. His attention was called for when someone knocked on his door vigorously. He needed no one to tell him who it was. When the person didn't seem to relent, he walked towards the door and pulled it open, revealing Hezekiah with a mischievous smile. "Hello there brother. A wonderful morning to y..." Allen slammed the door against his face before he could finish his words. "Aw come on!" Hezekiah stomped his foot against the door and pushed the door open before entering. "What do you want Hezekiah?" "Why do you always attribute my kindness to something suspicious?" Hezekiah frowned and sat on his brother's bed. Allen didn't respond. He reached out for a jacket and wore it. He then walked towards the door, intending to leave Hezekiah alone but the stubborn boy refused to be carried away and jumped up swiftly on his feet to follow right after. "Where are you going?" He asked him eagerly. "Brother, where are you going?" He repeated but Allen paused and pushed him back slightly with his hands. "You're not a kid anymore, Hezekiah. If you think you are, then look in the mirror and see for yourself." He retorted and Hezekiah chuckled. "It seems staying in the human world has completely made you forget about what your world entails. I am the youngest in this house if you have forgotten, just because I have a well-built-up stature doesn't make me an adult. In comparison to the human world, I am not even fifteen years old yet... probably." He explained. "So what then do you expect from me?" He added and looked into Allen's eyes with sparkles. The latter had to breathe in and out to exercise patience. "I am going out now so don't follow me. I mean it. When I come back, we can do whatever it is that you want, okay?" He ordered and left. Hezekiah pouted and mumbled something under his breath before taking another path.Sky was watching the scenario with skepticism. He wanted to have a word with Allen in private but seeing him now, he wasn't sure that this would be the right time to do this. His assistant was behind him, waiting for his next order. "Follow him and give me feedback immediately you find something worth it." "Yes, Your Highness." The fellow exited his presence quickly, hoping to catch Allen before he finally disappeared. As soon as Sky turned around, he met Diva who was dressed beautifully with silver ornaments designing her precious body. Diva was a distant relative, not by blood but she had the strong genes of a vampire. She couldn't turn into one in nature but only possessed a few characteristics. She smiled when she came in contact with Sky. "Sky." Her voice was calmed like a silent ocean before the dawn. Many girls were so jealous of her classic and elegant behavior that she had been crowned the Princess of all seeing as the ruling royalty had no female. She was seen as a wise person and admired by all, she had been wooed by several men including Sky but her answer had been negative with the claim that she was just too busy for a relationship. "Diva." Sky acknowledged her presence. Even though he was about to leave earlier, he turned and leaned against the staircase while Diva finally stood beside him. "I am surprised to see Allen after all these years." She started and Sky looked at her for a while before nodding in agreement. "Are you happy about his arrival?" She suddenly asked and locked eyes with him before he looked the other way. Why was she asking him this? Was it a tricky question? "My mood regarding his arrival doesn't matter but his purpose for coming back. We all know Allen to be someone who acts unsure of certain actions and I have to ensure that things don't capsize." He responded wisely, avoiding the loophole dug for him. Diva nodded and didn't speak any further regarding the issue thereby welcoming the stranger - silence. "I am sure you're happy." Sky spat out. "You have always been by his side and you've always wished to be with him." He revealed and Diva smiled.Sky bit his tongue. Wonderful, she was great at hiding her expressions - Mask girl. "Have I?" "It's clear you have. You wouldn't have gone this far and wide if not because you have feelings for him. So for others to be able to count you worthy enough to be with the great Allen, you had to work your way through to this place which I must commend is wonderful." Diva exhaled lightly, her smile had disappeared with worry replacing it. "It isn't that bad, is it?" "Well...no, but it becomes bad when your desires aren't met. The desire to be with Allen until you get some help...I don't know."Diva cleared her throat and plastered her pretty face with a smile again, engaging her slender fingers in a smoothing treatment. "Thank you for your kind words and observation, Sky. If you don't mind, please excuse me." She walked past him and Sky smiled evilly. Sometimes, what one wishes for doesn't take long to present itself to the table.~~~~~~~~Allen had been walking around for a while and he stopped at a local shop to sit. Being the prince, he was given the respect needed but he couldn't care less. He was known for being bad most of the time after all. He was served a glass of red drink but he was less interested and started strategizing. It was already getting dark time by the time he was done sorting out his problems. Jane couldn't have fallen to this side of the world. There were about four or five so it was most likely that she ended up in the most dangerous aspect of this world. He stood up afterward and headed back to the palace coldly. On his way to his room, he met Sky. The two of them stared at each other, their eyes speaking the words instead. "Father seeks for your presence." He delivered the message and left him quickly.....IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! Guys, there is more to this story, okay? I understand that this aspect might not be clear yet but I do not want to explain anything yet until Jane is brought back safely. Then I will slowly unbox the whole history using Drake. Hezekiah calmly drank a cup of water before looking up at the curious gazes thrown his way. With a frustrated sigh, he relaxed against his chair and asked them. "What is it?" "Where is Allen?" His father asked. "How am I supposed to know that, Father?" Hezekiah questioned back. "Don't answer my question with a question! I expect an answer." "But you have never cared about his whereabouts before so I don't see any reason why I have to give in answering you right now," Hezekiah responded with a shrug. Festus looked at Zeena and the latter, being the mother, had to nod her head apologetically on behalf of Hezekiah. "Hezekiah, that is rude. This is your father you're speaking to. What has gone into you? Has Allen been influencing you in a bad way?" Zeema lambasted her son. "I haven't been able to find my maid." Diva interrupted with a slight smile, "Does anyone perhaps know where she is? She ought to have reported for duty since but I can't find her..." "I saw her leaving wi
Jane shifted her butt uncomfortably on the chair for what seemed to have been the third time in a row. She was inside the mansion with the rest of the family - everyone's eyes were on her and it seemed that their eyes were trying to go through her skin so they could just discover what it was that they were hiding. The only person who didn't seem bothered was Allen - who was currently on his knees with a downcast expression. Grandmother was walking to and fro with a frown and her brows were furrowed as well. She stopped and looked at her grandson once again. "Where did you go?" She repeated her question. Allen still didn't say a word. He just laid low there. Old Madam Ryan hit him on his back, shocking everyone because it was her first time doing such. She never raised her hands before to hit any of the kids so Ryan automatically became the first. "I am sorry grandmother." Allen let out an exasperated sigh. Drake had tried to come up with lies for him to use but time wasn't on thei
Allen and Jane were standing right in front of them hale and hearty. They were back. They were fully back! Ben stood up and screamed out for joy. This was such a big thing to do. The mood suddenly turned celebratory in an instant because no one was expecting this. Charlotte was so happy. The first person she ran to hug was no other than her friend, Jane. She engulfed her in a tight hug and kissed her all over her face with tears in her eyes. "You're safe! I missed you so much, thank goodness that you're safe"Allen watched the two friends with hawk-like eyes before leaving them alone to their screaming as he was apparently not in the mood to watch them go crazy. Drake smiled and gave Allen a comforting tap on his back. "Was it hard to find her?" He asked. Allen sighed. "She was in my palace all along. Thanks to Hezekiah who had a crush on her, I wouldn't have known. I was about to give up and just come over instead when we met." Allen replied. "Wait, what? Hezek
Jane couldn't sleep the whole night. Her eyes were specifically wide open throughout. Her nervousness had skyrocketed a hundred percent as different thoughts clouded her mind. Was this possible? Ryan was a vampire. A freaking vampire! How could she not have known this? She grabbed her pillow and let out a muffled scream before sitting up again. "How did my life end up like this?" She whispered as she ran her slender fingers across her hair. A lot of things were not making sense to her and she needed someone to explain but not now because it didn't seem as if anyone would want to do so. But she still needed an explanation that would help her. Quietly, she lay on her back, staring at the ceiling that was distant from her. What could be going on in her world? Would anyone be specifically looking for her? She felt so much relieved that Ryan was here but still, she was feeling so much ache that needed explanations about. Finally, the break of dawn made its entry gloriously with Jane's
Back on Earth,Kyle and the rest of the men ahead to have a meeting with Old Madam Ryan after much discussion among themselves. It took them a whole lot of courage to do that. They had to plan their responses like a president having his speech already made because he wants to be revoted. The rumors had started flying around and even the investors were starting to get suspicious as to where Allen could be indeed. They had not seen him for two months because the men kept saying he wasn't around or something prolonged his coming. When they arrived at the Old Madam Ryan's Mansion, they met her sitting calmly on the chair - the sort of calmness before a storm. She had her granddaughter sitting next to her and speaking to her ears, words of comfort. But immediately she saw the men, she sprang to her feet and held Xander by the collar. "What's going on? Where is Allen this instant?" Ben tried to disengage the force with pleas written all over his face. "Grandmother..." "Don'
That same night, Allen found his way to Hezekiah's room. On getting to his door, he stared at it. The boy could sometimes be stubborn and he really didn't see the need for this but Jane had instructed that he go to speak with him. So, here he was. He knocked. "I don't need any visitors. Leave." Hezekiah ordered. "Hezekiah, let me in," Allen replied with less force. He folded his arms and leaned against the wall. After a few minutes, the door was unlocked and opened. Hezekiah looked at his brother with a saddened look and just went back to cuddling on his bed, leaving Allen with the choice to enter or not which he did. "Aren't you going to join the party?" Allen asked him. "What's the essence of joining the party when I am not in a good mood to celebrate?" He mumbled and covered his face with his pillow. Allen nodded acknowledging that. "I don't expect you to apologize nor am I here to apologize..." "There is no need for apologizing. It was a temporary misunderstanding and I
