MARSHA'S POV:-
"How could a mother leave her child totally helpless? Was she really Sierra's mother?" I asked Captain Falcon and he grinned proudly while looking at me. I was one of the smartest officers working under him. He knew he could expect that kind of question from me.
"That's why you are one of the smartest officers working under me. She was not Sierra's biological mother. Sierra was given to her by her sister, because she had lost her six children. She never gave birth to a single living child. All dead babies. She did not like her sister either, that was why she left." He replied and I felt pure rage inside my chest for that woman. Because of her selfishness, Sierra had suffered this much.
"So, Brian Doyle told us everything and we suspected her father and her step mother. We tried to find her real parents if they would have taken her back. But unfortunately, there were no traces of her biological parents. There was not a single trace to prove that she might have met her biological parents. We then tried to find the first wife of Sierra's father, Mrs Blake Belk. We found her somehow but unfortunately she had never seen Sierra after she left." He continued telling us the story while I opened the diary of Sierra. I had her photos. She was exactly like me but more stunning.
"What happened next? Did you find her?" Sara asked him and he shook his head. He sighed as he was really feeling bad.
"It was the first week of October when we found the whereabouts of the people who had Sierra. We went there but it was too late. They had burned that poor girl alive then left. But we were able to catch all of them. As I suspected, her father and her step mother were involved in all that. Her father denied it till his last breath but her step mom had accepted her fate. The honorable court decided to kill them both while the kidnappers are still into the jail." He replied and I looked at Sara who was staring at Captain Falcon's face. I shook my head and rolled my eyes.
I just did not know but I thought her father was not involved. Maybe he was punished falsely. Maybe he did not lie at all. Maybe it was his second wife who planned everything against Sierra. All those questions rose inside my head but I was sure about one thing. I might have become a cop to make them pay who destroyed my father. But I was still a cop to find out what really happened to Sierra. Something inside me was screaming that it was just the story captain Falcon had seen. The real story was buried somewhere deep inside this city and no one was able to reach it.
While going through the diary, something dropped on the floor. I bent in and picked it up. I frowned as I looked at that picture. It was the picture of a man. I did not know him at all. I have never seen him in my life but he still looked a lot familiar. His face reminded me of someone, but who, I did not know. "Oh, that's the kind man who had reported that Sierra was missing. It broke my heart when he saw her burned dead body. He was crying crazily. He must have loved her so much." Captain Falcon said while pointing his finger at the picture of the man. I sighed and shook my head. As I thought that I was thinking about someone I had never seen in my life.
MIRA'S POV:- As the chilly air hit my bare legs, I shivered and shifted uncomfortably. I rubbed my cheek on something that felt soft and warm. I opened my eyes to look at the thing I rubbed my cheek on. I gasped loudly and sat up on the bed. I was shocked. I rubbed my eyes with my hands to confirm that I was not dreaming anymore. "You look like you have seen a ghost, honey bunch." Tears welled up in my eyes as his voice reached my ears again. I wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him tightly. "My Wolfie, I thought I lost you. But… I mean… I failed… I saw... How… " I was not sure what I was saying or what I was trying to ask him. He chuckled hearing me struggling to find the right words. He pinched my chin lightly and guided my gaze towards his face. "You did not fail. You were able to stab her heart before it was
THIRD PERSON'S POV:-Mira swung her sword and Sierra tightened her hold around her katana. As Marsha knew well that she was no match for Mira, she decided to keep her target towards her womb to kill the child. Aiming for her belly, Marsha stood up and tried to stab Mira's belly with her sword. The pendant in her neck shined brightly. It blinded Marsha and Mira was able to punch Marsha's belly hard. Marsha went flying towards the wall on the other side of the hall.Sierra lunged at Alford. He dodged Sierra's attack easily. Then he grabbed her neck and choked her. Mira ran towards Sierra and kicked Alford in his balls. Groaning in pain, he fell on the ground. Sierra freed herself from his hold and gasped loudly. Mira helped Sierra up on her feet. "They are stronger than I had imagined." Sierra said as she looked at the pair of the father and daughter, laughing
MIRA'S POV:-Sierra And I were standing by the doors of the Clock HQ. Everyone gathered around us. The sun set down hours ago and we did not have much time. And as Satan had told us, we did not have much time left. "I still think that it is not right to send two helpless women in the pit of death. At least let me be with them." Edward spoke from behind. He was pacing back and forth like a crazy man as he heard that Sierra and I would be going to find Marsha and kill her. And also to get Freddy's soul free from that prison."None of us could interfere, Edward. It is their destiny. Marsha and Alford are their demons to kill. You will have your part in this war. Your part is to take care of Fredrick's body. We can not afford to lose it." Director Alexander replied to him in a straight tone. He sighed as he walked towards us. He hugged us both toget
MIRA'S POV:-Sierra walked towards me and hugged me tightly. As I was too overwhelmed with the situation, I just hugged her back and cried my heart out. "You all are sinners. You all will be punished. You will never be spared." Mr MacCarthy said as he stood up along with his wife and started laughing like two crazy people."And what might have such power to punish us? Are you going to call Angel Gabriel? Or is it Angel Michael or Angel Azrael? Or maybe Angel Raphael has his hands on your head? You dirty little things, you will be dragged back to hell. I am here to drag your filthy souls to hell. Where they truly belong." Satan roared at them. But instead of getting scared, they laughed out loud."You have no idea! The angels are coming. And they are coming to destroy all of you. There will be no one else using magic on
MIRA'S POV:-"That is a total lie. We were here to meet our grandson. And it all happened. We had no idea where Freddy was. We wanted to see his face. But we saw him dead. We came to Clock to ask about Freddy. But when we came here, we found out that he was dead. My poor boy died just because he was with this bitch." Mrs MacCarthy yelled at the woman who was defending me. Then she accused me of something I could never imagine doing at all. I gulped hard while staring back and forth at the old couple."Do me a favor, Mira. Be my voice, will you, my kiddo? I have had enough of their lies. It is time for me to speak up. To defend my family." Stefan whispered in my ear as he wrapped his arm around my shoulders again. I gulped hard and nodded my head slowly."Call her name one more time and I will show you how powerful I still am, mother. I sh
MIRA'S POV:-"The powers she just used were exactly like the powers Fredrick possessed. And Mira was gifted her powers by the late Mr and Mrs MacCarthy. And everyone in this courtroom knows that Fredrick's powers were nothing like his parents. He was different. He was a hybrid. And the main reason why I am called in this courtroom. Mrs Mira MacCarthy, that is what I would call her after knowing the fact that she is pregnant with Mr Fredrick MacCarthy's child." I gasped loudly as I heard what that old man said in the end. My eyes moistened up as I covered my mouth with my palm."I was called an hour ago in the Clock's HQ by doctor Amara to check Mira up. Yes, she fainted because the pain was unbearable for her. Seeing the love of her life, lying lifeless. It is painful. But doctor Amara caught something more. She caught not one but two beating he
