Chapter seven

The sun reflection woke me up from my slumber. I yawned as I rubbed my eyes. I stared at the window, stunned that I forgot to close the curtain before sleeping. I whirled to gaze at the time.

"Few minutes past five" I mumbled as I stood up from the bed, but hesitated When the sudden realization hit me. I took another glimpse at the clock before breathing out heavily. Now am not too surprised by the fact I woke up before my alarm.

I walked into the bathroom to freshen up for school.

"Mum I think my alarm is faulty," I said, plodding downstairs.

"How is your leg?" She asked instead.

"Fine" I mumbled, sitting down to have breakfast.

"Nice outfit" She complimented, I rolled my eyes. I wore a blue big hoodie and scalloped short which was underneath the hoodie. The scalloped short wasn't my size so it was extremely short, and was hardly seen to be precise.

"The only reason am wearing this is because of of my leg"
