"If you are done with telling Chantel what you wanted to tell her, can I get my end of the deal?", Kaiden whispered in my ears from behind as I stood to get coffee from the coffee machine.

"You know that I cannot hide anything that is Trisha related from you. It just slipped my mind. It's a good thing you are here. We can go to the cafeteria if you want to talk", I said. I wasn't spooked at all, I was like I have been expecting him.
