Ana woke up and felt a bitter taste in her mouth. She tried to move to her side and groaned when she felt the soreness of her muscles and her left ribs. There was also a huge arm sling from her right shoulder down to her right arm. She bit her lower lip when she heard a woman telling her, “You're awake.”

Ana forced her eyes to fully clear before she saw a woman seated by her bedside. And now Ana had a look around her and noticed this wasn't her bedroom at Kayla's apartment. She wondered where she was and held her head that now seemed to be very heavy for her neck.

“Please don't move, your body isn't fully recovered yet.” The woman said and Ana looked at her again, possibly for her to tell her who she was. “The name's Jessie, I'm a nurse.”

“Um, Jessie, what happened to me?...” Ana briefly closed her eyes and inhaled when a splitting headache suddenly gushed in her head and she had to rest her head against the soft headboard.

Hey, so you must have seen that I have changed the book's name to Anastasia. Well, I felt different when I chose to return back to this book, and when I saw the name Mistress, I felt like it wasn't going to work since I was coming back with a different vibe, so hence the name change so I can come back to writing this book. And note that only the name of the book has changed, not the plot of the book, so don't worry, lol. So, what did you think about the chapter? your thoughts.....And comment and share as well.
