Chapter 31: Her audacity

The full moon night was about to come, and this time Savannah would not take the risk, whatever it was she felt last time. Nathan and her friends wanted to take her to the cabins, and she agreed as she wanted to escape all this chaos.

“What are you thinking?” Nathan questioned, sitting next to her in the library.

“Nothing,” she lied; Amore showed her the same picture. And he is involved in all this. She had to be careful, too.

“I am hoping you are not sliding back.” Nathan teased.

“No, I already asked my aunt. She agreed.” Savannah answered, knowing how difficult it was for her to make Shela agree to one condition. She had to take the pills with her.

“That’s good to know. What about Jenny? Is she coming?”

“Yes, she will join,” Savannah added with a smile.

“I am excited. We will have a good time.” Nathan winked and picked up his bag.

“Where are you going?” Savannah asked, following his steps towards the exit.

“Need to arrange a few things for all of us. I don’t want just to go and sit
