Jayden was surprised when Lucas pulled him one side. Honestly if it wasn't for Toby they would probably still be good friends but right now to him, family his more important.

"Jayden. I know you like Toby and I do not want us liking the same guy to ruin our friendship. But he is my fated, I saw him first and I imprinted on him. Do not tell me you cannot sense it. His mine. That is why I ask you as a friend to back off."

Blah. Blah. Blah. Say what you must, Lucas is a great guy. Such a great guy that he thanked fate, Toby was to be mated to someone like this alpha before him. He is grateful because he knows Lucas will definitely take good care of his cousin. Well with that have been said it was really unfortunate he is having so much fun to stop.

"A- your statement is far from accurate. In fact it far from factual that I have to apologize. I cannot take a step back, Toby means the world to me. I do not want to, actually cannot let him go even if his yours. I know you imprinted on him but you do not realize it but we are fighting for the same thing. Which is Toby's happiness."

Jayden laughed thinking back. Leo's visits have been extensive as of lately. Since the allegations of him being in a relationship with Toby. His little wolf is possessive of him and all it took was jealousy, wow. Yeah sure. Lucas did imprint on Toby but again that is technically still not even close to a claim. Either way he is still unaffected (disinterested) since he does not like Toby the same way he does. Till now Lucas does not know why he is so close to Toby that means there is no way Leo does too.

Even if his little adorable beta fails to acknowledge his jealous. Until the very end he will enjoy his clingy, passionate, possessive side of his mate. Mate, his certain just because his beta it does not mean they cannot be together. The information of their relation will be kept hidden for now, he needs Leo to have feelings for no one but him.

The only thing that managed to break the tension was Leo entering the room. If his interest was not clear it was now because when he entered and saw him in Toby's room. His fated fist his hands into two furious balls and the silent anger was extremely loud. Yes. Precious. Dammit. Like an igniter Toby stepped out the bathroom, half the fuck naked. (Shit his frozen in shock) His protective instinct was to push his frozen in shock cousin's back into the bathroom when he felt Toby's embarrassment run all the way to his eyes.

It took him a while actually act fast before Toby starts crying, his cheeks are pink and eyes glossy... His cousin still stood there awkwardly. His fair chest visible for all to see. He was not muscular nor was he soft, his modesty thankfully was hidden by a towel he clutched onto. Lucas' lust and now Leo's anger as he stood there eyes shifting, darting from him to Toby. He instructed Toby to follow him, of course the fool hesitated and bowed his awkward greetings before following him back into the bathroom.

Both alpha and beta studied the omega relationship before Jaydend disappeared in the bathroom the scent of jealousy kissed his senses. His wolf celebrated internally if you listen closely enough you would hear his wolf howling. Beta, alpha fated mating were extremely rare next to impossible but he did not care he was excited.

"What the heck are you all doing in my room?"

"Lucas invited me to tell me he still has feelings for you and Leo just showed up."

"So, can I finally tell him? You know how hard it is keeping this whole thing a secret. If or when we are to date, we would be required to be honest with each other right?"

"Right Zippy. Toby, there is nothing more I want than for you to be happy. I do think highly of your mating choice but please keep this secret for a little longer. I do need to make sure he treats you like you deserve to be treated, here put on my shirt. I will chase the guys out while you dress."

Nodding Toby obediently followed not questioning his orders and Jayden stepped out shirtless, to a new addition that could alter things. Noah. Noah is yet to spill the beans, he knows everything and him.

Despite the two (Noah and Toby) growing up together, the pack thought at some point the two would end up together. It is now safe to say they were all dead wrong, they all found they fated mates in different packs. Jayden's gaze encouraging the smiling man to keep his mouth shut before facing the two furious man that reeked of jealousy.

"Let us give the omega space to dress. Noah. My junior let us go for a walk."

"Haha. I'm only following because I am sure what you about to say is more interesting, than waiting for little Zippy to finish dressing. Quick question before our walk. Did any of you see Alex?"

Shaking their heads in the negative Noah sighed out his disappointment and followed Jayden down to the beach. Standing at a location that would allow them complete privacy.

"How long are you going to mess with their minds?"

"Lucas? Not long enough, I am sure Zippy will tell him everything soon enough?"

"Then what's up with the privacy? Don't you think your boyfriend will blow a fuse?"

"Keep this to yourself and focus on screwing up your own conquest. She asked to stay for the next two days in my room. So here is a suggestion, focus your free time and energy on trying to actually get to know the crazy woman."

"I don't suppose you will tell me?"

"Nope. It is more interesting to experience it on your own besides this time I believe you ready for an actual relationship. Why would I ever make it easy for you? Noah, influence the way she sees our world and people in it."

"What does that mean? Common bro I am your junior, family friend and Toby's best friend."

"So no reason. Good."

LEO'S P. O. V

Why did he enter the bathroom with Toby? He doesn't like the thought of his Jayden being with another, seeing it was worse. Tears. Ugh. Damn him to a place below hell. In fact worse than hell. Screw it, damn him to hell.

So his with Toby? Are they dating? Doing what they are doing? Why Toby? He is Lucas's fated mate. Ugh the taste of his name had the ability to aggravate his peace of mind. His breaking point was when he had the audacity walk out half naked out of the bathroom.

They (Jayden and Leo) were not even the closest thing to exclusive but he could not help the overwhelming sting of jealousy. No just thinking about what they could have done for the three minutes, forty five seconds while they were in there... he could tell that Lucas did not bode well either.

When Jayden decided to take Noah an alpha to discuss what the hell just happened, he envied how much Jayden cared for Toby. Rejection and uncertainty played its normal tug of wars. Seeing Toby's shadow draped in his shirt, should have been enough to let him admit defeat but that demanding asshole is his. Dammit. Let. Him. Go. He believed Jayden was the furthest thing to an asshole to cheat on a person he was dating by being intimate with another. Fuck. But they are not dating.

Shut up wolf! Did you forget about, Uhm Toby?! He reminded his wolf forcing his tears to be banished to another planet, another universe. Both man (Lucas and Leo) had no way to express how they felt. Both lost in different thoughts and now he did not have the will, to continue to place a front so he walked away.

It is totally his fault he pushed him away.  Practically used his body to pleasure his own. He said he belongs to him not so long ago (he reasoned at the attempt to not let go). That was definitely the heat of the moment speaking compelling his idea to claim. His more of an idiot to even consider the claim. They could never be together, it was unknown for an alpha and beta to want to be together. Why the hell did he think it is such a good idea to even consider trying? Fuuucccckkkk.

He is too close to Toby and he can not fault the kid because it was hard to hate him (believe me I tried). Okay Leo, man up. He made his choice. There was no choice to begin with. Suck it up. Move on. Alpha's always go for omegas anyways, for more than a thousand years that has always been rule number one. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. (If my heart were to be chips he almost went all in...) he did not anticipate it would be a bad bet. Now his all bummed out, he lost the lead in fact in basic terms... He was like a gambler, he blew it.

Alex, is one of his best friend's and even she is currently nowhere to be seen. After taking a shower he then read a message from Alex.

Screaming into his pillow, the muffled sound fucking up his brain riddled with frustration. What the fuck is going on here?! Seriously Alex has never dated or been into anyone, male or female. Why is Jayden doing this to him? Why is Jayden's escapades bothering him so much? Why with Alex?

No. Control. Breathe. When a knock sounded at the door, emotionally drained he opened without first checking who it was. He was too tired to deal with the man so when he saw who it was he tried closing the door but the man stopped the door from closing. At this point he did not have enough fucks to give.

"Get out. Uhm. Stop!"

The man trailed his fingers on the sides of his face his hand bringing him closer to an embrace, he had to stop this incredibly hot slut. He pushed him back and stared at him in disbelief, his exhaustion has to be evident.

"Stop messing with me man! Just stop. Get out. Delete my number. I'm done. I am done doing whatever this is anymore. So please, just leave and leave me the fuck alone."

"Leo."

"Please go. I am so tired. I do not know what is going on. Wait I do not need to know what's going on. I am just tired Jay. I am tired, do you understand? Please just leave, I do not want to deal with whatever this is today."

He begged with tears in his eyes. Jayden finally nod and took a step back with great difficulty. He closed the door running to his bed and he screamed in his pillow until sleep consumed him.
